Es war ein schöner Urlaub.
Pros:

Alles hat mir gefallen, viel Aktivität, nahe zum Meer und Strand, grosse Zimmer.
Mr. Happy - Verkäufer aus dem Shop im
Hotel war freundlich.

Cons:

Nur bis 18:00 Tücherabgabe.
Ziegel im Meer und teilweise am Strand.

Tout était exceptionnel le personnel était au petit soin on a été upgraded de Demi pension à all inclusive. On a eu droit à une suite vue sur mer avec jardin privé. Et le dernier jour on a même eu droit à un petit coffret avec trois variétés de miel et une petite bouteille de huile d'olive extra vierge. Nous vous remercions d'avoir rendu notre dixième anniversaire de mariage magique.

Receptie was heel attent en gaf ons een tijdelijke kamer omdat we vroeger waren toegekomen. Service in de restaurants was ook super, veel dank aan Naccer die ons altijd met lach begroette. Ook Rayed aan de receptie was behulpzaam met alle vragen.

Très bon séjour !
L'hôtel était vraiment bien. Les équipements sont de qualité et le personnel est très accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. Mention spéciale pour le buffet de la nourriture : complet, varié et très bon. Je recommande !

Great place, great food, great personnel.
Pros:

Everything was great. Food was great. The personnel was great.

Cons:

We did have a broken shower head. We did not call for support. Could probably have gotten it fixed if we asked for it. The doors are not that "great". We could hear noise during the day. However, during the night it was silent so that was nice.

Le service et la rapidité au besoin des clients au petit soins super

Cons:

Le manque de soin pour la propreté. Surtout dans le restaurant les tables ainsi que les chaises bébé. Les chambres mériterait un gros nettoyage en profondeur.
