Pros:

Séjour parfait ! Rien à. Redire.
Chambre très propre, grande et vue sur plage magnifique.
Buffet très bon et varié. Animation au top, et animateurs aussi !! Points ++++ à Fatima de l’animation. ☺️

Pros:

L’hôtel est très propre! Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute ! Un très bon plan pour les enfants ! La bouffe est super bonne et le service est au top

Pros:

Les points forts de Kuriat sont sans hésiter le service client, toujours souriant et attentif, ainsi que l'équipe d'animation, très dynamique et investie. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Cons:

Les chambres méritent un rafraîchissement et un meilleur entretien. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont également à revoir, car certains présentaient des taches.
La piscine pour enfants gagnerait elle aussi à être rénovée. Enfin, le grand seau qui se renverse régulièrement déverse une quantité d'eau très importante. Ma fille en avait très peur et n'osait pas rester seule dans la pataugeoire ; nous étions obligés de rester constamment avec elle de peur que le seau ne se vide sur elle. Il serait souhaitable de revoir cet équipement ou d'adapter son fonctionnement afin qu'il soit moins impressionnant pour les jeunes enfants.

Exceptionnel. On a passé une superbe semaine.
Pros:

Pour des vacances familiales, c’était super; surtout grâce aux toboggans et aux diverses animations. Le personnel est au top. Les animateurs également. L’hôtel est très sympa. La plage est belle (filets anti méduses).
Le buffet est varié et délicieux.

Cons:

Dans les toboggans, on sent les jointures entre chaque morceau du toboggan, ce qui est désagréable lors de la glissade.
Au buffet, les œufs brouillés sont beaucoup trop baveux.

We spent 4 wonderful nights at Kuriat Palace as a family and it exceeded our expectations.

We booked a Garden View Suite, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Sea View Suite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and waking up to the ocean view made our stay extra special.

The buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of fresh seafood and delicious Tunisian specialties. The kids absolutely loved the dedicated Kids' Corner especially ice cream, candies, and treats.

The beach was right there and fully equipped. The pool was magnificent, and the water slides were an absolute highlight for the children.

Evenings were lovely too, gentle piano and live music during dinner, followed by fun night spectacles including dance, circus, and gymnastics shows.

Every staff member was smiling, welcoming, and very attentive and caring throughout our stay to ensure we had a great vacation.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that guests were allowed to smoke near the children during the evening entertainment. It would be great if the hotel established a designated non-smoking area during kid-friendly shows.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté de l’hôtel, le confort de la chambre ainsi que la qualité des services. L’organisation était excellente et notre séjour s’est déroulé dans les meilleures conditions.
