Pros:

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Gastgeberin, ebenso das Personal.
Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Gemütliche Betten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank und fehlende Getränke im Zimmer.
Mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück wäre wünschenswert.

Pros:

Wir konnten ohne Probleme nach kurzer Rückfrage per email auch schon früher Einchecken. Alles verlief reibungslos, das Frühstück erfüllte alle Erwartungen. Die Lage war ruhig. Das Personal war kompetent, auch bezüglich Tips zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Es war etwas umständlich, die richtige Bushaltestelle zu finden, da es zu unserer Reiszeit Straßensperrungen gab. Aber dafür konnte das Hotelpersonal nichts.

Bon établissement pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans une partie de la ville non touristique mais pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Pour les amateurs de vélo, l'emplacement réservé est sécurisé. La carte du restaurant est très variée (attention les 'schnitzel' sont très garnies). Le personnel est accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

Pas de remarque. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Amazing Staff Great Location
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Schultz. The staff were amazing, particularly Eric and his colleague. As I had a puncture on my motorcycle and they went above and beyond, to locate a tyre repair centre and help me get back on the road. Definitely a 5 star rating

Nice hotel
Pros:

Quite close to Koblenz city centre 1.2km, but nice quite area, parked our motorbike easy.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden hier wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Angebot zum Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich und wurde immer aufgefüllt. Es gab täglich frische Obsthäppchen. Brot und verschiedene Brötchen waren immer frisch und lecker.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind gleich in der Nähe (Aldi und dm ca.2 Minuten; HIT-Supermarkt und Getränkemarkt ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hell (Südseite) und ließ sich nicht sehr gut abdunkeln zum schlafen.

Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Haus.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und da es sehr heiß war, mussten wir das Fenster öffnen.
In der Nacht ist es öfter unruhig gewesen.
