Hotellet havde en fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved liften til Elfer. Og nemt med busser rundt i dalen. Supermarked lige over for.
Indretning var moderne og imødekommende. Samt flot udsigt fra altanen.

Cons:

Vi manglede lidt information da vi lander om alt det praktiske, eks. hvor man skulle tømme sine skraldespande. Vi havde en lejlighed i 7 dage, hvor rengøring ikke var en del af prisen under opholdet. Vi fik også kun skiftet håndklæder en gang. Samtidig fik vi en overraskelse, da vi skulle betale 65 euro for final rengøring, da vi tjekkede ud. Samtidig havde vi forsøgt at booke en ekstra nat gennem booking.com, men det fungerede ikke. Men personalet på hotellet (som vi skrev med gennem booking.com appen) lavede en booking for os. Den endte med at være en dyre pris ind, hvad vi havde giver for de andre dage. Der var vi lidt ærgerlig over.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast with the option of gluten-free bread for those who need it.

Cons:

The wireless internet was quite weak and unstable in our room on the second floor. When talking to the reception they promised that it would be taken care of.
The kitchen only has a stove without an oven or microwave, which is a bit limiting for those who want to cook in the room.

Mycket väl kurerat mindre hotell, välkomnande och vackert inrett.

Very stylish and cozy interior, friendly and professional staff, great location, the Stubai Super Card with great benefits such as free public transport and cable car rides was included in the stay. We had a very relaxing stay with beautiful weather and plenty of activities. The location is perfect for mountain hiking and enjoying Austrian cuisine.

Cons:

My booking details were allegedly "leaked" by hackers via the Booking.com platform, and I subsequently received several spam messages with dangerous links via WhatsApp.

Wonderful place to stay in the Stubai valley, beautiful rooms, excellent host.
Pros:

Hostess was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Large room very nicely planned out with lots of space. Great shower. Enjoyed using the valley pass for the cable cars and alpine coaster.

Cons:

If I had known the layout I would have requested a room on the back away from the main road.
