Molt bona l'atenció rebuda pels treballadors de l'Hotel, presencialment i per telèfon a l'hora de fer la reserva i a respondre a dubtes.
Gràcies per atendre'm en català.

Cons:

A Zoo no se'm va advertir de com donar electrecitat a l'habitació. Sóc inexperimentada. Allà no hi ha ningú per a preguntar. Dificil fer les coses més senzilles a les fosques, inclòs l'ús del telèfon. Després tot solucionat.

Si, en general bastante bien para el precio

Cons:

No hay “manguera” en la ducha, o llenas la bañera o cae del cabezal de la pared
Y la limpieza el esfuerzo mínimo, para los días que estuve ni mal pero muy mejorable el servicio de limpieza

Pros:

Location of the hotel was great. It was close to marina and other attractions. You could easily walk to many places without taking transport. There was also good transport connections and stations close to the hotel.

Cons:

Hotel room was dusty and it was difficult to breath at night. Facilities were not enough. Hotel itself was good but overpriced. Room was not as the pictures.

La posizione dell'hotel vicina al park de la ciutadella e zoo è molto interessante. Comunque ci sono molti mezzi di trasporto vicini.
Molto bella l'area comune dove poter prendere caffè, tè, camomilla, tisana ecc.. e qualche biscottino.
Bagno e pulizia ok

Cons:

Forse la camera è molto sacrificata, a mio avviso viste le dimensioni, sarebbe da ridurre l'ingombro dell'armadio che è decisamente molto grande.

The rooms are minuscule and poorly lit. Not great value for the money. But this is our first time in Barcelona so maybe hotel rooms are SUPER expensive?

Basically, we won't be back.
Pros:

The location was great. The balcony right by the park was quite nice.

Cons:

The promised 24-hour reception via the nearby location was not very responsive and often left us waiting to gain entry, especially after midnight. The shower usually flooded the bathroom (wasn't draining). There were only two power points in the whole place - one in the middle of the bed which would poke us in the head if we wanted to charge our devices.
