Great location and great staff.
Pros:

Great location near the station. Easy to get to and in great location to enjoy the local food and shopping. The check in was quick and simple, the staff was excellent and easy to understand. I had no issues during my stay and check out was quick and easy as well.

Ueno hotel
Pros:

Location is superb. Very near the Ueno Station and Ameyoko street. Our room was clean and spacious enough. We had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The pillows are not too comfortable. but this is common with Japan hotels.

有机会我一定会再来的，非常感谢酒店所有的工作人员们(^^)

！！！性价比超级高的酒店，本来这个价格没有想过会有什么舒适的体验，结果让我大开眼界，卫生非常干净，前台的服务员每一个人都特别好，特别的体贴，还非常耐心的和我沟通，哪怕语言不通也没问题，他妈特别的耐心，我前去办理入住时，还有一位服务员特别热心的帮助我把行李箱提上去。酒店一进门就特别凉快。离地铁站很近，但如果第一次去可能要找一会。还有一点，他们的睡衣真的很舒服，如果可以我真的想买个套。总之我发自内心觉得这个酒店很棒，如果有机会，我一定会再来的，并且推荐给我的朋友们！

早餐可能不死那么那么符合我的胃口，房间有点小不过很温馨^-^

Good value for money
Pros:

Good value for money, clean room, helpful staff

Cons:

There's no ramp at the entrance and we had to carry our heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs. No big deal, but it was a negative surprise considering how accessible Japan is.
