nice staff, quiet. We left a few things when we left, they were kept and we had the opportunity to pick them up after contacting them. A pleasant surprise, late breakfast - brunch until 1 p.m.

Cons:

in the room with a jacuzzi on the roof. the jacuzzi bubbler did not work. Also, the closing system let the water through quickly, often had to be refilled.

Checked in early and brunch is great, room quality and customer service not so good.
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel if I could I’d give 3.5 rather than 4. Pool was cold. Our tv didn’t work I told staff 3 times, and ok we didn’t need it but my daughter is learning Spanish and listening to Spanish spoken really helps. Plus just to put on a music channel is nice. The plumbing didn’t smell great. There was an open electrical socket where the light switch had been moved. The lighting generally was poor. Paper cups for tea and coffee in rooms is odd. However, the breakfast into brunch is great really praise the hotel for this. Bar staff really helpful and fab sangria.
