Probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had
Pros:

I've stayed in lots of hotels all around the world and this one is up there with the best. From the staff, the room itself and the location I can't fault it. Room with a balcony overlooking the car park so I could keep an eye on my car that I drove from Ireland. Big bathroom and unbelievably comfortable bed. Then there's the staff. So welcoming and friendly. When I checked in they gave me a voucher for a free drink and then someone came to my room giving some treats. The breakfast was too notch. Definitely staying here staying again if I come back to Sarajevo.

Cons:

Nothing much. The shower head could do with replacing. Also I know it's nothing to do with the hotel itself but kids shouldn't be allowed to run up and down the halls after 10pm at night..

Savrseno za obiteljsko putovanje
Pros:

Sve najbolje imam kazati za ovaj objekt. Proveo sam 3 nocenja s dvoje djece i svakako se planiramo vratiti. Kao Genius level 2 dobio sam od hotela besplatnu masazu na 20 minuta. U cijelom boravku sam uzivao al moram spomenuti da nebude sve samo hvala da su u sobi u par navrata videni mravi al za to krivim goste koji su napustili sobu prije mene i ostavili otvoren balkon na kojem su ocito jeli.

Fine fasiliteter og vennlig personell.

Cons:

Utvalget på frokosten kunne vært bedre. Spa avdelingen levde heller ikke helt opp til hammam forventningene. Absolutt gode forhold, men prisen tatt i betraktning forventet man gjerne enda et hakk høyere kvalitet.

كانت فقط3ايام خدمة الغرف تنظف يوميا الموظفون ودودون جدا حبيت الاقامه فيه وراح اكررها مره ثانيه
