Pros:

Genel olarak otel beklentilerimi karşıladı. Personel gayet güleryüzlü ve talepleri değerlendirip, hızlı bir şekilde cevap veriyor. Kahvaltı güzeldi, lokasyon olarak merkeze mesafesi var ama Saraybosna arabasız gezilmesi zor bir bölge onun için mesafe sorun olmuyor. Fiyat ve kalite dengeliydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Grote kamer gekregen zonder toeslag ,omdat we te vroeg waren de andere kamers nog niet klaar.

Cons:

Na het intrekken verschillende dingen geconstateerd dat defect was en aantal ervan gedaan terwijl we gewacht hebben.

Nice, clean and comfort room. Facilites and top floor restaurant are excellent.
Pros:

More variety for breakfast would be appreciated. Salami, cheese and bread options are limited.
