Nice hotel in good location, b ut get breakfast elsewhere
Pros:

Lovely room, on the top floor. Friendly staff, happy to promise anything and deliver little or nothing. But still friendly...

Cons:

Breakfast was appalling. No cups for coffee, food not replenished (i.e. no food). Tables not cleared away. Archaic coffee machine with no instructions. We asked staff for cups and to replenish food and got assurances and lovely smiles but nothing else.

Gostei bastante da minha estadia no geral. O rececionista Beni foi extremamente simpático, atencioso e prestável, contribuindo para uma experiência muito positiva desde a chegada. Da mesma forma, todo o restante staff demonstrou profissionalismo, simpatia e disponibilidade ao longo da estadia.

O quarto era confortável e proporcionou uma estadia agradável, enquanto a localização revelou-se excelente, permitindo deslocações fáceis e rápidas para os principais pontos de interesse.

No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva e recomendo o hotel.

Cons:

No wc agua nao escoava muito bem, isso foi desconfortável.

La colazione. Quando siamo andati a fare colazione era tutto finito e non c'era nessuno dello staff con cui parlare. Latte, uova, succhi, tutto finito. Da precisare che la colazione era dalle 7 alle 10 e noi siamo andati a fare colazione alle 9
