Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

The staff running the kids’ club were all so friendly and great with the children. Our youngest is still too young to be left, but she was able to join in with the activities while we stayed with her, and they always made her feel welcome. Both of our girls loved the mini disco every evening and looked forward to it every day. You can really see how hard the entertainment team works. They have so much energy, are always smiling and put so much effort into making sure the kids have a great time. Thank you all!

We only came here because my Son,Daughter in law and Grandchildren had never been to Cyprus and wanted an all inclusive hotel. The water park helped as a choice as well. We as a couple don't do all inclusive but this was brilliant,plenty of choice at every sitting and very tasty. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and polite,but a special mention to Ali who served the hotdogs and other various snacks. He also served on at breakfast and in pool bar at times. His love of his job is infectious with his friendly and happy demeanour,he was a pleasure to deal with. The large shared pool was nice and there was a small area for the children. There was also the waterpark and a small kiddies pool adjacent to it but fenced off. The adult only pool was nice and quieter then round the large pool with a nice pool bar. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone and best of all you reserve them and don't have to get up at silly o,clock with towels. You also get towels every day for round the pools. Ice cream cart was a nice thought and some good snacks. Room with bowling in and other games but it's €15 for 30 mins. Four of us so worth every cent,also a room down stairs ( near toilets) with pool, air hockey and other games. Staff work extremely hard to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms were big enough and cleaned every day. Would definitely recommend it for families and can't fault it. Well done to all staff.

Very good hotel! Clean, cozy, and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the bed linen was spotless and snow-white.

The evening shows and entertainment were great. The food was of excellent quality, and the ice cream was delicious. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The drinks were also of very good quality.

Amazing family hotel, our first time in Cyprus and this hotel did not disappoint. Lovely friendly staff, housekeeping amazing, food 10/10 plenty of options all around and I have a fussy eater in the family! Our first hotel we have been too that we want to return too! Sunbed situation is perfect, I don’t understand why all hotels can’t do this as it really works! Stunning location, beautiful beaches, so much to do in the hotel and outside a 10/10 holiday if you are thinking of booking do it, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you sunrise oasis hotel staff to each and everyone of you that made our holiday as special as it was! X

We have just stayed at this hotel for a week. All inclusive was outstanding and we are very fussy eaters!
Food was always fresh and kept topped up. Gorgeous freshly made pizzas and large selection of different food lunch and evenings. All areas are cleaned none stop. Well maintained by all the staff.

All the staff are very friendly and always ready to serve you or help with any questions.

Raj on the main door helped us in with our cases and spoke to us every day. Very friendly and lovely man and helped us with our cases back on the couch to go home.

The hotel manager was very friendly too.

Lots of entertainment for the kids we didn't really use it but if you wanted to it was there.

One thing is would say is needed a bigger outside seating area to sit and enjoy some drinks as this can get very busy in the evening. My son doesn't like places to busy so we ended up having to go back to our room earlier than we would of liked. But apart from that fantastic holiday, beautiful clean and friendly hotel you won't be disappointed if you book this hotel.

The best lifeguard team I’ve ever seen! Always alert, attentive, professional, and incredibly polite. They made us feel safe throughout our stay while remaining friendly and approachable. A real credit to the hotel!

Got home early hours today from a 10night stay. Couldnt recommend enough. Went with my 17yr son and his friend, my 11yr old and my 7month old. Was perfect for all of them. Great food and staff. Want to do a shoutout to suzie, u r amazing at your job and a beautiful person. Millie is missing u. Thank u for being so amazing with her.
Also to the entertainment staff martin and tunder the 4pm volleyball will never be forgotton and luke throwing tunder in the pool! Best people! Thank you for giving the adults some fun and being in so involved with not just the kids but adults too.

We have just returned from another fantastic one-week family holiday at Sunrise Oasis in Protaras, and once again it did not disappoint. We loved our stay so much last year that we came back again, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

The rooms were spotlessly clean every day, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The pools were always clean, and the water park was a huge hit with the kids.We was given designated sunbeds for the week as everyone else is also this is great as avoids the rush for a sunbed you know you Allways have one for the week. The snack bar by the pool served great food throughout the day, and the breakfast was excellent. In fact, all of the food during our stay was amazing with plenty of choice and great quality.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the main Protaras strip with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, especially Cleo. She was absolutely brilliant with the children, who loved the face painting and all the other fun activities she organised. They were always excited to see her, and she made their holiday extra special.

We also want to give a huge thank you and special recognition to Raj at the front reception. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, he went above and beyond to make our holiday as easy as possible. He helped us with all of our luggage, carried our bags to and from the room and even helped with our prams, which made such a difference when travelling with young children. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him he was Allways looking to help out in some way such a lovely man. Are children remembered him to and were happy to see him again this says everything about the impression he leaves on guests. Raj is a real credit to sunrise oasis and we hope he is recognised by the hotel.Staff like Raj are what make people want to return every year.

Another big thank you goes to Ali, who worked in both the restaurant and snack bar. He was always smiling, worked incredibly hard, created such a happy atmosphere, and was wonderful with the kids. His positive attitude and excellent service really stood out.

Overall, Sunrise Oasis is a fantastic family hotel with excellent facilities, amazing food, friendly and hardworking staff, and a brilliant location. We had another wonderful holiday and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Protaras. We can’t wait to come back again!

After a third stay at Sunrise Oasis, this hotel gets better every time - it really is our happy place. The customer service from all staff is outstanding throughout, and that starts at the top with management, who are very visible and approachable. The staff really cannot do enough for you - Roy and the team at the lobby bar were the best - you made us laugh so much, and when Ali smiles, the whole world smiles. It really is an amazing place where you are looked after so well. The cleanliness is second to none. If you need anything during your stay, just ask, and the staff will oblige. The allocated sunbed system is such a godsend - we were around the adult pool, which was not as busy as the main pool, but still such a good system. The dine-around options offer something different, and we have previously made use of all of the restaurants. We will be returning in October, and Roy, make sure you have that small, very large vodka and pineapple juice ready and waiting.

This hotel exceeded all expectations starting from the service as we arrived at the front of desk. Tracy was amazing and also Raj the Hotel Porter he made a stay so enjoyable and was there to greet us and give us a handshake every day. He was so kind and you can truly tell he loves his job.

The food at this hotel is such good quality for all inclusive and the drinks are branded as well. All staff are amazing at the pool bar the restaurant a snack bar especially Ali he’s such a nice fella and offers amazing service with kids and adults.

The entertainment team are great too!
