ממש אהבנו שיש מיטות שיזוף קבועות למשפחה למשך השהות. במלון יש מתחם של מגלשות מים שמתאימות לכל הגילאים, מתחם מיני גולף חדר ילדים והופעות בערב, לילדים ולמבוגרים.
האוכל טרי וטעים אך דיי חזר על עצמו בכל יום ,פלוס נוסף שיש אפשרות ללא גלוטן.
השהות שלנו היתה בכהל כלול, הילדים נהנו מגלידות טעימות ומילקשייק במהלך היום, ולמבוגרים אלכוהול חופשי. בנוסף קיבלנו אפשרות למסעדה מחוץ למלון, הלכנו על מסעדת בשרים ברזילאית שממוקמת מחוץ למלון, ממש מומלצת , טעים מאוד.( לא לשומרי כשרות)
ליד המלון יש פארק שעשועים נחמד, וסופר מרקט.
מאחורי המלון יש רחוב ראשי עם מסעדות פאבים וחנויות, נחמד לטייל בערב.
יש הרבה אטרקציות השכרת טרקטורונים, ספורט ימי ושייט ,אנחנו לקחנו שייט בספינת פיראטים שהיה חוויתי ממש מומלץ.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday with my grandchildren from the minute we checked in I could understand why people recommend this hotel so much
Hotel was spotlessly clean our room Junior suite was perfect with a fab view of the pool and the sea
Every single member of staff were extremely friendly special shout out to Raj what a lovely gentleman. Bar and restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us also the young girl who was cleaning our room (521 didn't get her name ) so pleasant and friendly
Food and drinks were very good for an all inclusive with the added bonus of the 4 dine around restaurants. Reserved sunbeds 😍 and fresh pool towels daily pools and slides were fab for my 4 and 12 year grandaughters.

This was our 2nd stay at the sunrise oasis after the most amazing trip last year and it did not disappoint. We have never travelled to the same hotel before, but we had such a perfect stay last year which ticked every box we decided to book again and we have  had the best time.

We checked in at 10pm, dropped bags in our room we headed down to the bar where Suzi greeted us.  It was like coming home.

Next morning we were down at the towel guys who again recognised us, we got the beds we wanted by the pool. Allocated sunbeds really are a game changer for us. It allows us to have later nights, lazy mornings and us not worry if we were out on a trip. We could leave our pool floaties down there instead of lugging them back to the room on a daily basis. Honestly I would struggle going back to a hotel without the allocated sunbeds now, surely more places should implement this system!

The food and drink again was to a brilliant standard. We have 1 very fussy 5 year old and she ate well, there's plenty of choice without it being too much at the buffet, and the dine around is amazing. Lemongrass and the Brazillian were our favourites, so yummy!

What really makes the oasis the best is the staff. So many staff returned from last year. These staff work tirelessly every single minute to make sure the place is clean, and service is amazing.
Special thanks must go to Kinga &  Suzi on the bar, I dont think our drinks were every empty before a refill appeared ! Honestly the nicest people ever. Raj on the front desk, such a lovely man who always greeted us with a smile and a high five to the girls. An absolute credit to the sunrise. Ali on the snack bar, he could not do enough for us!

Then last but no means least the entertainment team. Last year we thought the evening entertainment was fine, we watched most shows before heading out on the strip if needed. This year they really have stepped it up.
Tunda, Cleo, martin, anastasia and oliver work so hard to make sure there's something for everyone. Our girls have never been to kids club at any other hotel, they went every day this year, sometimes for 10 minutes, other times longer. They loved it. They did pottery, t shirt making, spin art , bubble shows, clown shows, face painting and much more. They absolutely loved it and loved the staff. Mini discos every night and then there were so many acts which were the same as on the protaras strip- Michael Jackson,  Lady Gaga, Abba, The circus show on a Friday (this is brilliant!!).. honestly something for everyone and really shows they have stepped it up this year... so thank you Tunda and team!

Sunrise Oasis, it's been an absolute pleasure. We've been lucky to make some amazing friends last year who we've met up with again this year and we will now be friends for life. We've had another amazing time,  made perfect by your incredible staff and our girls are already asking how many sleeps till we return next year! THANK YOU !!

Amazing hotel our second visit, spotless throughout and the staff are so friendly really made you feel welcome. Treat your kids like royalty! The food is great wspeciallly the dine out options the buffet is a little small in the hotel but never gets overcrowded!

We had an amazing holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were excellent and well maintained, with plenty to keep everyone entertained. The food was delicious with a great variety of options each day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with lovely views that made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future. We booked this holiday at last minute. Had some doubts about the hotel at first, but I must admit we loved everything about it, apart from the breakfast, which was a bit monotonous. The staff, oh the staff are fantastic. From the house keeping, bar, restaurant to pool attendants. They made us feel so special, even remembering our names and room numbers. If you have children you cannot go wrong at this hotel. You are 3 minutes away from the strip with vibrant bars, restaurants and shops. My only regret is I only booked for 7 days. Please management, I would like a bigger room for my boisterous grandson. Would i stay here again? 1000000% I would! Thank you all for a memorable holiday.

We came back for another family holiday after a great stay last year, and the hotel is still flawless. Great food, large clean rooms, and a wonderful cozy pool area. The reserved sunbed system is a lifesaver.A massive, special shoutout to Martin on the animation team - we were so happy to see him again! He is the absolute highlight of the trip, bringing the best energy and making the holiday incredibly special for the kids. We also want to thank Tunder for her great energy, and Cleo from the kids' club, who was so lovely and had so much patience with the children.

We stayed for 7 days and, wow, this hotel did not disappoint from start to finish.

We arrived late at around 11pm and were pleasantly surprised when the staff provided us with sandwiches and drinks so we could relax after our journey. They also took our bags to our room, which was a lovely touch.

The beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless every day with fresh towels provided regularly. Having our own designated sunbeds and a bean bag for our son throughout the entire stay meant we never had to worry about finding a place by the pool, even after spending time away from the hotel.

The food was excellent, and the drinks and cocktails were fantastic. Every member of staff was friendly, happy, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were always happy to help.

Our 4 year old son absolutely loved the kids’ club. He is usually very shy, but by the end of the week the staff had made him feel so comfortable that he was confidently ordering his own ice cream and drinks!

We would definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday the service we received was outstanding and truly made our stay special.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again the standards were outstanding. What impressed me the most was seeing many of the same staff members as last year – a clear sign of stability, professionalism, and a great working environment.

From the moment you arrive, you are warmly welcomed by Raj, who is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely eager to help with anything you may need. Check-in is quick, smooth, and efficient, allowing you to start enjoying your dream family holiday right away.

The hotel is impeccably clean, and you can see the attention to detail at every turn. The entire team works hard to ensure that guests have a memorable stay and can fully enjoy the hotel’s facilities, the excellent food, and the beauty of Cyprus itself.

This was our second stay at Sunrise Oasis, and after having such an amazing holiday here last year, we decided to return for 10 days this year. Once again, it exceeded every expectation and gave me, my husband, and our 8-year-old son the most fantastic holiday.
What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Every single member of staff works incredibly hard, and their friendliness, kindness, and dedication make all the difference.
A very special mention has to go to Raj, who greets guests at the entrance. Raj was here last year and again this year, and he has become a huge part of our son's holiday. Every day he welcomed him with a smile, a high five, and genuine kindness. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make guests feel special. He is an absolute credit to Sunrise Oasis, and the hotel should be incredibly proud to have someone like him on their team.
The pool bar staff are amazing too—always smiling, happy, and ready to help. The lifeguard deserves a mention as well, bringing so much fun and energy to the pool area, always dancing around and helping create a fantastic atmosphere. The entertainment team work tirelessly throughout the day and evening, making sure everyone is having fun and getting involved.
The restaurant staff are wonderful and work incredibly hard. The food is excellent, with plenty of variety and something different to enjoy every day. The drinks selection is also fantastic and caters for everyone.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean—honestly one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels are provided every day, and the entire complex is spotless from morning until night. A big thank you also to the pool attendant, who is always so helpful with sun loungers and making sure guests are comfortable.
Cyprus truly has our hearts, and Sunrise Oasis is a huge reason why. The warmth, friendliness, and dedication of every member of staff create such a special holiday experience. We have made wonderful memories here for the second year running and will definitely be back again.

Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough, wonderful stay at the hotel, rooms so clean and maids made them so fresh everyday and changed the sheets, staff at the hotel always smiling and so happy food lovely, came as a couple with a large family but it attends for everyone with or without children as adult only pool and close to the strip for more entertainment thank you so much will definitely be staying again

We came as a family in a group of 20. Adults and children. We loved the hotel, being able to scan and order from sun beds was convenient, being able to dine at other restaurants as part of the all inclusive was great, the lemon grass Asian restaurant was 10/10. Our room was large and the housekeeping was brilliant. Always came back to a clean room. Staff around the hotel were all friendly.
Only improvements would be a bigger entertainment area.

Lovely hotel, fun for all the family. Very friendly staff , polite and hospitable. Would loved to have stayed longer!! Will come back on day soon!!

Fantastic hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve had the most amazing week.

Rooms- rooms are a good size with kitchen area, living area/sofa beds, separate bedroom and a bathroom. Balcony was small. Rooms are quite dated.

House keeping- rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Hotel always seemed clean.

Food and drinks - not great. The smallest buffet we have ever experienced, limited options and not the best in our opinion. Despite being all inclusive we are out most of our stay. The dine around option is great however and we had the most amazing meal at the Brazilian and can’t believe we have never tried this on our other trips to Protaras. Drinks again not great no fresh juices, limited branded drinks, did enjoy a strawberry daquari though.

Staff- over all staff were pleasant. Found some of the male bar staff to be rude. The women however were friendly and cheerful. Reception staff helpful always. I heard staff speaking with returning guests and it is clear that some staff build genuine relationships with some of their guests which was nice to witness.

Pool- yes allocated sunbeds are a great concept and took away the morning rush of trying to secure a spot however you are crammed in around the pool like a pack of sardines. The kids beanbags are comfy enough but again hardly any space to place them. The pool itself is a good size and the water slides a hit with the children. Did not use the adults only pool so can not comment.

Activities- practically non existent around the pool for the first 5 days of our stay. One day the entertainment team put a net up in the pool and left it there for people to entertain themselves with it. On our last couple of days there was aqua aerobics and game of pool bingo that we saw.
Can not comment on evening entertainment as we ate out every evening and watched entertainment on the strip or visited aiya napa.

Location- brilliant location. 5 mins to the strip and another 5 to the beach. Lidl across the road and a fair.

In all honesty we were disappointed with the hotel. It is rated a four star but we have stayed at better three stars. I read the reviews before booking all glowing regarding the “amazing” food and lots of returning guests. It did not meet our expectations and we do not understand how it has so many five star reviews. Definitely not a four star in our opinion.

Fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay staff friendly and helpful rooms spacious and clean. Great pool area and slides. Ideal location for the beach watersports and bars and restaurants in the evening. Found the food hit and miss but could pull something together. Definitely would return
