Pros:

I really like this place! It is not far from the lake. The overall style of the hotel is elegant and grand, and the decoration was done with great care, especially the paitings. The room is very comfortable and clean, and the staff are also very friendly.

Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Wir haben die Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp genutzt.
Freundlicher Empfang durch Melanie.
Alles was an und von diesem Haus positiv gewertet wird, ist nur auf Melanie zurückzuführen.
Das war es auch schon an Positivem !!

Cons:

Das Hotel hat die Besten Jahre seit Jahrzehnten hinter sich, Abgenutzt und ungepflegt !!! Mangel an Sauberkeit, überall im Zimmer sind Spinnen und Fliegen an die Wand geklatscht. Der Putz fällt an manchen Stellen von der Wand. Das Treppenhaus und das Zimmer riecht durch den Alten schmutzigen und Fleckigen Teppichboden muffig. Das Zimmer besteht aus abgewohnten, abgenutzten Möbel (Wobei die Matratze selbst erstaunlich gut war!) Es steht nur Kitsch im Gang herum. Die Putzfrauen schmeißen die gebrauchte Bettwäsche einfach in den Flur und blockieren den Aufzug mit loser Schmutzwäsche (kein Behälter oder Wagen etc.) Wenn man zum Pool geht läuft man durch ein Spalier von Zigarettenrauchenden Küchenpersonal. (Der Weg geht hinterm Haus an der Küche vorbei) Auf der Liegewiese vom Pool steht ein Schrottreifer mit Plane abgedeckter Pizza-Automat und noch so ein kaputter Container. Vor der Umkleidekabine steht direkt ein Mülleimer und Gartenutensilien die nicht aufgeräumt werden. Die Bilder der leuchtend Gelben Hausfassade täuschen über den miserablen Zustand. Wir reisen viel und haben viel gesehen aber so schlecht war noch kein Hotel. Sehr hoher Investitionsstau aber mit etwas mehr Liebe könnte viel verbessert werden. Sauberkeit hat nichts mit Geld zu tun! Und sagt dem Servicepersonal das im Speisesaal erst nach der Essenszeit der Staubsauger in Betrieb genommen wird.
Abendessen haben wir aus obigen Hygienegründen nicht genutzt und können daher nicht urteilen.

Mein Kurzurlaub war sehr angenehm und ich werde auf jeden Gall wiederkommen!
Pros:

Die Lage war traumhaft, das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und tierlieb.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Wurst, der Schinken,, der Käse, die Butter und Margarine und die Aufstriche waren in einer Kühltheke appetitlich aufgelegt.

Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sehr gemütlich und gepflegt.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein großes, helles Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Blick über den See.

Cons:

Eine Außenterrasse zum Essen wäre schön. Ansonsten für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung.

Fußläufig zum See gelegen

Cons:

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem Zustand, das Zimmer hatte eine seltsame Mischung aus abgewohnten 90er Jahre Möbeln und Altbau. Am Bett waren die Bettpfosten oben abgebrochen, Hocker verschmutzt
Direkt am Badfenster führte eine Feuerleiter vorbei.

Poolbereich war ungepflegt, auch war kein Wasser eingefüllt. Da wir das Hotel auch deswegen gebucht hatten und die Bilder vielversprechend waren, war dies schon enttäuschend.Da auch in Ö Pfingstferien waren, wäre dies zu erwarten gewesen.

Die Servicekräfte beim Frühstück waren nett und sehr bemüht.Das Frühstück war recht übersichtlich, der Frühstücksraum wirkte eher altbacken.
Insgesamt enttäuschend.
