Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable. The rooms are large, a little dated but had beautiful traditional wooden headboards, they would maybe benefit from just a little freshen up and whilst the older Aircon units are very big, I understand they do the job they are meant to do. The staff were very pleasant and always welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. We didn't use the pool ourselves but it looked lovely and was quite busy. Absolutely loved The Hyde, what a fantastic concept. This will now be our regular hotel when we are in Manila. Thank you 😊

I love my stay here. Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends.
Pros:

Location. It’s near everything. Price is reasonable. Breakfast is good. Staff are very polite and friendly.

Pros:

When I came in every day in housekeeping changed. Everything cleaned everything I like that. The buffet was good, but it was the same thing about every 2 to 3 days.

Cons:

There wasn't nothing really I didn't like about hotel.

Pros:

This hotel was great. Staff very helpful and attentive.Room large and had a great view. Amenities availible like toothbrush but bathwash and shampoo are sample sizes and are replenished daily. You get slippers and 2 free bottles of water daily which is a plus. There's a mini fridge, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee packets. They had air diffusers in thw hallway which was an added touch.The breakfast buffet is extensive and offers a wide variety to choose from. You can order your eggs any style, wide range of fruits, some breads plus local and western foods like pancake. You have to go through a metal detector and put your bags through an xray screening process each time you enter, this was not a problem.

Cons:

I was on the 9th floor and there was a distinct musky odor in the hall which I suspect was from the carpet when I arrived. It didn't linger though.

Я регулярно приезжаю в Манилу и останавливаюсь только в этом отеле уже более 5 лет . Мои друзья также остановились в нем по моей рекомендации и не меняют его уже четвертый год. Прекрасное расположение все в полу часовой пешей доступности или 10 минут на тук туке или такси
