Good location, polite and helpful staff
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bar called "The Hyde" is a must visit!
Located in the basement and accessed by a door that looks like a cupboard full of clothes. My wife and I love this bar!

Beyond expectation
Pros:

The location is excellent, many worth visiting sites nearby, very friendly staff, service with a smile, all happy faces, room pretty big probably bcos its an old property, but very well maintained. Breakfast service just ok, very less options and unattentive staff. But overall, I loved my stay and will stay again whenever come to Manila. Room cleaning service, excellent, reception staff excellent, all door and foyer staff just wonderful and helpful.
