Emplacement près d'un parking (payant mais tarif correct), près du canal qui ceinture la ville, nombreux petits restos autour avec de très bonnes pizze. Accueil sympathique, belle chambre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, une belle piscine ouverte même tard le soir.

Cons:

Juste un conseil, pas du tout une critique: attention à l'arrivée on est en zone ZTF, ne pas oublier à le faire signaler à la réception, ou à le faire soi-même, sinon...PV.

Lovely ancient building that’s been thoroughly updated.
Pros:

Beautiful old building and a lovely renovation and location. There were lovely towels and bath products. The lounge area so we could wait for the ferry after checkout was a very nice feature. I’m very glad there was an elevator!

Cons:

Bed was a little firm, but that’s personal choice. I didn’t care for the card for room access which had the hotel and room number on it. As others have mentioned, the card powers the entire suite, so be sure to get a second card if you want to leave things charging or leave the lights on for someone staying in the room while you go out.

Veldig fornøyde!
Pros:

Fin leilighet med utsikt rett ut i kanalen Venezia nuova. Kort vei til shopping, men også kort vei til havna.
Vi bodde her i en uke, frokosten var god, med bra utvalg.
Personalet er veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige.
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake 😊

Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten und hatten so eine tolle Terrasse, vielen Dank dafür. Viel Platz, sauber und sehr komfortable Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr freundlich.

Very high-level and comfortable hotel of apartments by one of the channels and 200 m of public parking with a very small price for the night.
The apartment is clean, modern designed, the staff is very friendly and polite.
