Add a little and take a more normal place
Pros:

Excellent location
Small and comfortable room
Air conditioner worked which is important
Hot water for the shower
Clean sheets
I asked for another towel and got a nice clean one
But it showed how poorly managed the place was because at first they couldn't find one in the first warehouse and had to go to the second one
The internet was good but it took me a while to figure out how to connect

Cons:

Carpets in the hallway are dirty
All sorts of objects are thrown around in a mess on the stairs
No elevator
Electrical wires from the ceiling seem dangerous to me
No shower curtain - water flows out freely
Broken sockets, broken furniture
I personally was a little afraid to step barefoot in the room - it didn't seem particularly clean to me
The place is just neglected
There is no one at the reception - not easy
... Maybe I would add 20-30 euros for a normal place, but to put my head down for the night in this location

Изключително мръсна и не поддържана стая с липса на паркинг и работещ климатик,както е описано,че трябва да има.Казаха ми "отворете си прозореца,то сега е хубаво времето".Банята е мухлясала и смърди.Поради много изисквания за хотел при проверка предполагам ще бъде затворен.Изключително мръсно навсякъде из "хотела".Асансьорите изглежда не работят от много години...абе на първо място за най-мръсния,не поддържан хотел,в който съм стъпвал някога,а не е да не съм пътувал с години.

πολυ παλιο ξενοδοχειο.
Απο τον καιρο του κουμουνισμου.
χωρισ παροχες ξεπερασμενο και βρωμικο.
Απο μπρος περνανε δυο τραμ με πολυ θορυβο.

Disappointed!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

There was no toilet water running, there was a bucket left that we needed to fill with water so we can clean the toilet.ridiculous!

Pros:

Very cheap, comfortable, clean. In the center, close to everything.

Cons:

The only problem was that the door to the bathroom didn't close. And you could hear and feel the tram lines out front, but nothing to do about that.

Pros:

Човекът от персонала, който ни посрещна при пристигането и ни изпрати при тръгването, беше изключително мил, любезен и отзивчив. Благодарим! 😊 Локацията на хотела е супер - в самия център на града, на пешеходно разстояние до всичко. Метрото за летището е на по-малко от 10 мин ходене пеша. Доволни сме, като се има предвид, че резервирахме буквално в последния момент. Съотношение цена/качество е добро.

Cons:

За тази сума и тази категория не може да се очаква 5* лукс. На който не му харесва, да резервира 5*. Ние нямаме оплаквания.
