Pros:

From the moment I checked in to the hotel, first thing that came to my mind was "safety wise", the hotel has remote-controlled door button and can only be accessed by hotel guests, I felt really secured and safe especially when you ar travelling alone. Next, the room has a very functional air-conditioned room (most hotels haven't) that gave me comfort and slept me through the night. THEN, LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, the TRAM station is right in front door of the hotel and you can exploring the city without hassle. The NEAREST TRAIN STATION was also 3 minute walk and the rest of the city's MAIN ATTRACTIONS ARE WITHIN 7-15 min walk.
The most important highlights of my stay was when I left my ball cap (a special gift from my sister) and shirt, he personally brought my stuffs to the DHL courier office in order to deliver it to my next destination in San Marino. No hotel owner would have ever done that and I was very surprised and overwhelmed with that effort and I can't thank them enough! I will surely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Add a little and take a more normal place
Pros:

Excellent location
Small and comfortable room
Air conditioner worked which is important
Hot water for the shower
Clean sheets
I asked for another towel and got a nice clean one
But it showed how poorly managed the place was because at first they couldn't find one in the first warehouse and had to go to the second one
The internet was good but it took me a while to figure out how to connect

Cons:

Carpets in the hallway are dirty
All sorts of objects are thrown around in a mess on the stairs
No elevator
Electrical wires from the ceiling seem dangerous to me
No shower curtain - water flows out freely
Broken sockets, broken furniture
I personally was a little afraid to step barefoot in the room - it didn't seem particularly clean to me
The place is just neglected
There is no one at the reception - not easy
... Maybe I would add 20-30 euros for a normal place, but to put my head down for the night in this location

Изключително мръсна и не поддържана стая с липса на паркинг и работещ климатик,както е описано,че трябва да има.Казаха ми "отворете си прозореца,то сега е хубаво времето".Банята е мухлясала и смърди.Поради много изисквания за хотел при проверка предполагам ще бъде затворен.Изключително мръсно навсякъде из "хотела".Асансьорите изглежда не работят от много години...абе на първо място за най-мръсния,не поддържан хотел,в който съм стъпвал някога,а не е да не съм пътувал с години.

Disappointed!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

There was no toilet water running, there was a bucket left that we needed to fill with water so we can clean the toilet.ridiculous!
