Disappointed!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

There was no toilet water running, there was a bucket left that we needed to fill with water so we can clean the toilet.ridiculous!

Pros:

Very cheap, comfortable, clean. In the center, close to everything.

Cons:

The only problem was that the door to the bathroom didn't close. And you could hear and feel the tram lines out front, but nothing to do about that.

Човекът от персонала, който ни посрещна при пристигането и ни изпрати при тръгването, беше изключително мил, любезен и отзивчив. Благодарим! 😊 Локацията на хотела е супер - в самия център на града, на пешеходно разстояние до всичко. Метрото за летището е на по-малко от 10 мин ходене пеша. Доволни сме, като се има предвид, че резервирахме буквално в последния момент. Съотношение цена/качество е добро.

Cons:

За тази сума и тази категория не може да се очаква 5* лукс. На който не му харесва, да резервира 5*. Ние нямаме оплаквания.

Nothing. If there would be sub zero score, I would post it. First of all, pictures are misleading.

Cons:

My mistake was that I didn't read the reviews. Like the others visitors said, the building is full with cockroaches, and it's being ran self-service. You have a remote controller to open the main door. If you face any problems, good luck. There is no parking of course, that was the lure. Trams are running all the time outside which makes it very noisy. Apart from that it's very dirty, there is a very bad smell of still air inside the building and the whole situation is very weird. The real price for that thing would be 10€ per night maximum. A real rip off.

Well, I think the worst hotel I have ever been, I could understand that since the hotel is only 1 star it will not be luxury, but the basic sanitary rules should be followed, shower is dirty, cockroaches and no hot water. First time I encountered so called "late check in fee" I needed to pay 2.5 euro to get keys from the shop across the street...

The hotel needs cosmetic repairs

Very good location. Friendly staff on reception desk. Very warm room.
