So much to like!
Pros:

Every time I write a review of The Artist I feel as though I am giving up a special secret. This is exactly how a good little “design” hotel should be: Comfortable, stylish, visually engaging surroundings, great location and tremendously nice staff. Unlike many small boutique hotels that tend to ride too long on their past reviews and let the little details in quality and cleanliness slip, The Artist stays on top of things, refreshing rooms and public spaces along the way. No radical changes, just good maintenance and staff training so that guests’ needs and expectations are properly addressed. Well done!

Cons:

There is little to complain about. Our biggest issues this visit were with the rooftop restaurant whose staff allowed a group of 8-10 tourists (?) to wander in amongst the diners and do endless selfies and group photos with the panoramic view of the Acropolis behind them. Then came loud endless good-bys with their tour guide, all while guests were trying to enjoy the intimate and sophisticated setting and music vibe that the restaurant tries to project. That said, compliments go to the brief but well chosen list of wines by the glass… where we discovered a lovely red from the Peloponnese that we had not previously known. One of the Hotels’s missions from the start was to highlight great Greek wines so I hope this can be encouraged and continued!

Great boutique hotel in a perfect location, easy to walk everywhere!
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable, close to everything and equipped with a restaurant, bar and offers a great breakfast.
The staff are great and the outdoor area and elevator were a great bonus.

Cons:

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Cons:

La chambre superieure vue ville (305) est 1 petite chambre donnant sur 1 parking.
La vue "Acropole" du roof-top permet à peine d'entrevoir l'Acropole entre 2 murs.

The barman was very rude and extremely slow, it took half an hour to get drinks every time we ordered on the roof terrace, and he never was findable for a second drink, stood around talking to his mates more than serving

Sijainti keskeinen, nähtävyydet saavutettavissa jalkaisin. Hyvä aamiainen tilauslistalta, tarvittaessa järjestyi aamiasboksi mukaan. Huone oli siisti ja suihkukin tilava. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Naapurihuoneista ei kuulunut ääniä.

4. kerroksessa valitettavasti kuului öisin yläkerran ravintolasta kalusteiden siirtelyn ääniä, joihin heräsin useamman kerran.
