Разположението е добро поради близост с център и жп гара.

Cons:

Закуската е с отвратително качество, както и обслужването в ресторанта. Като се има предвид слабата климатична система, неработещите телефони и други липсващи екстри качеството не отговаря на 4 звезди, а на 2-3 звезди.

Персонала беше любезен и беше сравнително чисто спрямо отзивите в букинг

Cons:

Закуската беше ужасна, всичко беше толкова евтино и компромисно, дори да си човек без много претенции качеството на храната ще те замисли дали да хапнеш. Също така не ни хареса, че трябваше да обикалям да търся банкомат, защото не можеше да се плаща с карта. Просто базата им и услугата им крайно не заслужава тази цена която платихме.

Pros:

Персоналът е на ниво, много по-високо от това, което предлага хотела като услуга. Изключително любезни, хора с професионално отношение към клиентите. За тях оценката ми е 10 от 10. Леглата са удобни.

Cons:

Този хотел, както и други хотели в Стара Загора категория 4 звезди ме изненадват-отрицателно. Нямам представа как е бил, когато тези 4 звезди са получени, но сега не оговаря и за 2 звезди. Дори бутилака вода-комплимент нямаше в сатята. Добре, че не беше адска жега, защото като пуснахме климатика, замириса на мухъл и мърсотия. Иначе е чисто.

Нямаше обхват на wi-fi и съответно А1 телевизията не работеше. Закуската беше твърде слаба като разнообразие и качество, но все пак можеш да се нахраниш.

Cons:

За 90 евро в таза стая трябваше да има повече удобства.Като пристигнахме вътре беше сауна.Никой не си беше направил труда да пусне климатика. Оказа се ,че в стаята има само един контакт.Трябваше да избирам между климатик или да си заредя телефона. Да не говорим, че нямаше и бутилка вода. Мини бара празен.Тоалетна хартия почти празно руло.Иначе сме платили 90 евро +5 за парко място.
Няма да повторя.
