To reach the property: when coming from the South, drive through Toscolano Maderno. Do not go up towards Cecina at the first intersection, instead go towards Gargnano and turn left at the sign. Then follow indications for the hotel. When coming from the North, turn right after the Toscolano Maderno sign and follow indications for the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Niby pakiet all ale wyliczone po dwa drinki na dzień wydawane na talony. Coś chyba nie tak człowiek nie dosyć że limitowana ilość to jeszcze pamiętać trzeba żeby mieć przy sobie talon. Nikt wiadomo nie jedzie z nastawieniem na tylko i wyłącznie konsumpcję alkoholu , chociaż i tacy byli ale traktujmy gości na jakimś poziomie a nie jak na zabawie w remizie

Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits.Auf dem Dach war ein schöner Pool mit super Aussicht aber das lautstarke dröhnen der Klimaanlage lud nicht zum Entspannen ein.

Das einzig gute an unserem Aufenthalt war die Aussicht und das Frühstück

Das Service Personal und die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich. Die Aussicht war top.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr uninteressiert man hat zum Teil ewig gewartet bis jemand kam.
Das Abendessen war kalt und der Fisch zum Teil roh. Die Beilagen am Büffet waren auch kalt.
Man musste sich am Abend aussuchen was man am nächsten Tag möchte. Eine Vegetarische Alternative konnte man sich nicht aussuchen das war eine Überraschung. Am ersten Abend gab es Tiefkühl Essen.
Das Essen erinnert eher an Kantinen Essen. Neben der Qualität ist die Menge auch nicht ausreichend.
An der Bar waren nur 3 alkoholische Cocktails inclusive. Der Aperol Spritz war Aperol mit Leitungswasser. Der einzige der in Ordnung war, war der Hugo. Der Wein hat nach nichts geschmeckt.
Der untere Pool war kälter als der Gardasee selbst obwohl die Sonne den ganzen Tag daraufschien.
Es gibt ein Parkhaus, dies reicht aber nicht für alle Gäste. Man muss dann auf einem extra Parkplatz parken welcher nicht überwacht ist.
Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders sauber, der Boden war staubig (auch in den Schränken) das Bettlaken hatte einen gelben Fleck, die Matratze war aber sauber. Auch eines der Handtücher hatte einen Fleck dieser war aber rot.
