Lovely stay close to the old town
Pros:

Cosy and clean apartment with a really nice and friendly owner. And the jasmine smell ❤️

The place is not far from the old town, we did feel safe walking around the area during the night (quiet and nice neighbourhood).

Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve sizlere sundukları tercihlere göre istediğiniz kahvaltıyı getiriyorlar.

Cons:

Temizlik olayına biraz daha özen gösterilmesini öneririz. Örneğin, biz MARASI odasında kaldık. Banyonun havalandırması olmadığından içerisi nemli oluyor ve kokuyor. Banyo hergün temizleniyor ama havalanmadigi ve kurumadığı için temizlenmiş hissi vermiyor. Ayrıca havalandırma için odanın camını açsak sineklik olmadığı için içeriye böcek ve sinek giriyor. Odada kıyafetimizi koyacağımız dolap içi ve üstü tozluydu. Yine, örtündüğümüz pike altı beyaz çarşafın tozlu ve pamuk pamuk olması nedeniyle kıyafetimiz beyaz beyaz pamukçuk oldu. Toz alerjimizden dolayı biraz keyfimiz kaçtı ama sonra alıştık.

Diğer odalardakii havalandırma belki daha iyidir.

Biz çok rahat ettik, herşey temizdi odamız IAMA’ydı.. Sabah kahvaltı aldık ve yeterince iyiydi.. Çalışan Eleftheria Hanım hep çok ilgiliydi her sorumuzu cevapladı her konuda yardımcı oldu kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.. Giderken bebeğimize yolda yedirmemiz için yumurta haşlayıp muz koymuştu yanımıza hediye sundu bize çok tatlı bir hanımefendi .. Old city’ye yürüyerek 15 dk gibi bi zamanda varabiliyorsunuz, tavsiye ederim

Really relaxing stay

Pros:

Naprosto úžasná paní co nám každé ráno nosila snídaně. Cokoliv jsme potřebovali tak nám byla k dispozici a poslední den, když jsme měli odjet před snídaní, tak nám ji den předem nachystala do lednice s sebou ať o ní nepřijdeme. Fajn terasa, kuchyň se vším co bylo potřeba (myšleno nádobí).

Très belle et bonne opportunité pour un week-end à Rhodes

Très bel aménagement, décoration soignée
Accueil chaleureux, disponible et généreux : nous avons apprécié la petite spécialité locale qui nous attendait

Pros:

Sfeervolle kamers met een leuke patio en echt een heerlijk bed! De kamer wordt elke ochtend schoongemaakt en de host is 24/7 bereikbaar voor vragen. Het centrum was ongeveer 20 minuutjes lopen, wat voor ons prima was. Als je een taxi nodig had of een auto wilde huren, kon dat ook via de host. Echt een aanrader!

An apartment infected by cockroaches, not in compliance with habitability requirements

The apartment is in the old city, in the middle of several abandoned homes. Not reachable by car (very narrow street). Assigned room (rated 9.8!) was not aligned with the minimum requirements in terms of habitability, bathroom without forced ventilation high 2.00 m, bedroom in a wooden mezzanine, high 1.8! composed by a 30cm width of an open clothes hanger for three people, with a bed that was wide as the bed. We had to “jump” over the bed to achieve the opposite side!. Furthermore, we had to sleep with a “noisy” split of the air conditioning installed in the headboard of the bed. Lets’ point out that it was impossible to sleep without it as the 1.8 m mezzanine is connected directly to the roof, without ventilation and insulation.
Second day, we found a cockroach crawling across the lower plant. It was a shock! We supposed it was coming from the front floor .. but coming back from the beach we found another one ON THE BED and another in the KITCHNETTE. We didn’t sleep and the following morning we found ANOTHER ONE. Apartment infected by COCKROACHES. A NIGHTMARE. Based on Booking T&C we changed accommodation and we started our vacations.

Stylish and friendly location for a chilled Rhodes stay avoiding the tourist traps and crowds.
Pros:

We enjoyed a great week staying in the Dione suite, one of 7 rooms spread over two nearby buildings in a quiet residential area 10 minutes walk south of the medieval city. Dione has 2 floors with the loft style bedroom upstairs having shuttered windows so you can get a good night’s sleep. Another room has a private jacuzzi. There are good value non-touristy shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. 10 minutes east is the new marina with huge motor yachts and stylish restaurants. The El Toro steakhouse was very good.
Enjoyed the good quality and generous breakfast selection taken on the communal terrace. Best of all was our daily banter with Dimos who runs the business and has limitless advice for bars, restaurants and places to visit. He arranged a day’s car hire quickly, with vehicle delivered and taken away without problem. Highlights included taking the ferry to Symi island and the “exclusive” swimming cruise down the coast with buffet lunch and drinks included. Don’t book the latter with Booking.com as you pay a big premium- go direct to the operator website.
In summary, spotlessly clean, LGBTQ+ friendly, totally recommended.

Cons:

WiFi worked fine on the terrace but a bit patchy inside.

Bonne adresse à 20 minutes du centre ville.
Pros:

Bon petit-déjeuner, nous aurions préféré un vrai café plutôt qu’un sachet à dissoudre dans de l’eau chaude.
Patio agréable. Personnel sympathique. Propreté impeccable.

Pros:

L’établissement est idéalement situé, à environ 25 minutes à pied du centre historique. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, et le petit-déjeuner, agréable. Le quartier, populaire et authentique, ajoute beaucoup de charme à l’ensemble.

Pros:

Appartamento ben pulito, con cucina attrezzata. Accappatoi, tanti asciugamani e ciabatte a disposizione. Personale reattivo e disponibile. In 10/15 min a piedi si raggiunge una delle porte di accesso al centro storico. Non è possibile parcheggiare davanti alla struttura (la strada è molto stretta) ma è facile trovare posteggi gratuiti nelle strade vicine. L'appartamento è arredato con cura...

... ma in modo poco pratico. In bagno manca un qualsiasi piano di appoggio (perfino saponetta e portaspazzolini vanno tenuti in bilico sul bordo del lavandino), ci sono vari tavolini bassi da arredo ma se si vuole mangiare seduti ad un tavolo si è costretti ad usare il tavolo e sedie in ferro presenti fuori. Il letto occupa quasi tutto lo spazio del soppalco ed è difficile raggiungere il lato opposto senza salirci sopra. Il materasso è (per me) eccessivamente morbido e le lenzuola avevano qualche macchia. Il condizionatore è appena sopra la testata del letto e tira aria proprio su chi ci è sopra. L'appartamento in ottobre è molto umido e piuttosto buio. Nel bagno, cieco, manca l'aspirazione forzata. È stata fornita una piastrina per le zanzare (presenti) ma sarebbero state preferibili delle zanzariere.
