Pros:

Struttura molto bella dotata di due piscine per adulti e due per bambini. La stanza era moderna, pulita e molto spaziosa con letto matrimoniale comodissimo e seconda stanza con terzo letto, divano e armadio. Molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno riservato con due lettini, tavolino e stendino. Al cambio giornaliero forniscono una bottiglia di acqua gratuitamente. Comoda la presenza di teli mare in stanza.
Personale molto gentile, una menzione speciale per Maria alla reception 🫶🏻
A 10 minuti a piedi si trova la spiaggia di sabbia nera con mare cristallino di Puerto del Carmen.
Consigliatissimo!

Location, comfort and facilities. Breakfast and staff were amazing.

Cons:

Sometimes some of the adults would bring their children up to the jacuzzi area, most times the pool attendant would remove them, petty I know but I really enjoyed that area to relax.

A fabulous overnight stay in a very nice, peaceful hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was immaculately clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large and well laid out with a bonus extra separate bedroom.

Cons:

The only very minor downside would be that the pool area is small relative to the size of the hotel. That said we had no bother finding four sun beds together mid afternoon when we arrived and the pool itself wasn’t overly busy when we used it.

Volveremos. Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Hotel precioso y muy tranquilo, personal amabilísimo, muy limpio, a 5 minutos andando de la playa. Totalmente recomendado si viajas en familia. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y nos gustó mucho: buffet la parte fría y servicio en mesa de varias opciones calientes.
Además, tienen comida y cena variada y snacks todo el día si te apetece picar algo.
A tener en cuenta que la zona es como estar en Inglaterra, bares, negocios y toda la oferta es para ingleses.

La cena no nos gustó para nada en una semana que estuvimos allí cenando no cambió el menú de la carta casi nada, nosotros íbamos con dos niñas no había ni una sopa ni una crema de verduras, las únicas cremas de que hicieron era de tomate y guisantes que eso no se lo comen los niños, muchos fritangos las niñas casi no me cenaban, mi opinión debería de hacerlo bufet igual que el desayuno

Vacaciones en familia
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cuentan con una pequeña habitación aparte con sofá cama y cama supletoria que para familias como la nuestra es muy práctico. La terraza cuenta con mesa y sillas y hamacas. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las piscinas están muy bien. Todo limpio.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, los horarios de las actividades están enfocados al turismo extranjero.

Lovely hotel with great pool and friendly, helpful staff. Great value and we’ll definitely return.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great pool and plenty of sunbeds. Close to the airport, so 15 minute taxi only cost €16. 10 minute walk down to the sea but less than €5 to get round in taxis. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was a good choice of cereals, fruit and pastries and hot food to order.

Cons:

There wasn’t a huge amount of entertainment, but not an issue for us.
