To find the car park, please enter Triftgasse-Wilhelm-Tell Gasse/Kronenburg in your satellite navigation system.

Go halfway up Burgstraße, turn left into Triftgasse/Wilhelm-Tell-Gasse, and turn left into a side street until you see the sign for Parkhaus Eifelhaus (car park). If you walk past the garden, you can go up the steps towards the hotel.

The creperie/café is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The à la carte restaurant is closed between Sundays and Tuesdays.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Das Hotel und das Personal sind insgesamt mit sehr gut zu bewerten.
Pros:

Es wurde auf individuelle Wünsche sehr gut reagiert. Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr reizvoller Umgebung.

Cons:

Die Anwesenheit von Hunden im Restaurant mag für Hundebesitzer normal sein. Wir als Nichthundebesitzer fühlen uns dadurch belästigt. Dies betrifft vor allem hygienische Aspekte. Schade, denn das Essen ist sehr gut.

sehr schöne Lage, man kann mit dem Motorrad in der Nähe parken, sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal, sehr gute Küche, imposanter Speisesaal

Das verwinkelte Ambiente in dem historischen Gebäude ist wunderschön (deshalb fehlt allerdings ein Aufzug). Tolle Terrasse!

Zwembad is bijbetalen als je niet in het ‘dure’ gedeelte van het hotel verblijft. Ik wou om 17h nog een duik gaan nemen en dit ging mij €10 kosten. Heel jammer. Wordt ook nergens aangegeven.

Super, genoten en fijne mensen

Ligging, zwembad en relaxe sfeer was top

Cons:

We hadden een kamer met een heel klein raampje.
Voor een volgende keer zou ik een andere kamer kiezen maar we boekte een dag van te voren. Dus ik denk dat er niet meer beschikbaar was, het had wel fijn geweest als er een ventilator op de kamer zou zijn.
Dan was er even wat lucht stroming. Met deze warmte was dat wel prettig geweest.
