お値段以上、素泊まり！
Pros:

古い部屋に対してユニットパスが綺麗でシャワーヘッドが良かった
1階にウェルカムドリンクでスープがあるのは初めて、とても嬉しかった
パジャマがボタンなのが良い！

鍵が１つなので、合鍵があると、シャワーも時間を気にせず浴びれる

概ね想定していた設備内容だが、ローケーションが良い。
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクが数種類利用できる。

Cons:

たまたま仕事の書類を記入しようとしたら、部屋にもアメニティエリアにも、筆記用具が無かった。
ハンドタオルが有れば良かった。

なんでも気軽に出たり入ったり出来るので気を使うことがないので楽で良いなって思う。

Cons:

ビジネスホテルでカードキーでないので外出のとき不安になったのでなんとかならなかったのかって思いました。今ではビジネスホテル全部カードキーだと思いますのでそこらへんしっかりして欲しいしビジホの対応が悪いし笑顔ではなかった

予想以上にくつろぐことができました！
Pros:

新潟駅からとても近いので周辺の目的地へのアクセスもよく、場所は最高でした。部屋の鍵が、最近のカード式の鍵でなくてプラスチックバーに鎖で鍵がついている形式は、昔懐かしい感じで、個人的には気に入った点です。部屋のスペースもゆったりとしていて、窓際のデスクスペースでパソコン業務もでき、デスクに備え付けのBioLightも学生時代を思い出して懐かしい感じがしました。

Cons:

禁煙ルームでしたが、昔は喫煙できた可能性はあるのかと思います。若干ふんわりとした残り香が気になりました。特にロッカーを開けるとその香りが目立つ感じがして、ロッカーの上部に袋に詰め込まれた布団が入っていたところがニオイの源なのではないかと少しだけ気になりました。

常宿がなかったのでやむを得ず宿泊したが次はないだろう

スタッフが常駐してるので安心

Cons:

施設が古い
清掃はきちんとしているが、それを差し引いてもいかがなものかと。
昔は喫煙してたであろうのような臭いも気になる。

古いなりに、できることはしていただいてはいました。
Pros:

かなり古いホテルでしたが、浴室はリフォームされていました。

Cons:

とにかく古くて。
オートロックでもなく、部屋の外の音が部屋の中まで響いていました。
