Pros:

Le personnel est agréable, souriant et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est propre, pleins d'endroits sympathiques qui invitent à la détente. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est super et les prix très attractifs pour ce genre d'établissement. Super

Cons:

La climatisation dans la chambre est bruyante et s'en passer la nuit est quasiment impossible à cette période de l'année. C'est le seul bémol.

Espace piscine roof top super.
La gentillesse du personnel
Un grand merci pour le personnel du petit déjeuner et de l’accueil.

Cons:

La piscine du roof top est très belle mais mérite plus de nettoyage . De la moisissure sur les bords c’est inadmissible quand même .
Petit déjeuner peu varié . Omelette et pan cake très moyens …
Chambre avc piscine sympa mais piscine froide exposée est . Difficile d’en profiter même au mois de juillet.

Nous sommes ravis de cet hôtel et du personnel et de la crête
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique le rooftop avec piscine à débordement le personnel au petit soins et très sympathique et merveilleux et même le jour du départ une box à disposition pour le départ à l’aéroport à 4h00 du matin vraiment bon rapport qualité prix

Perfect location, really lovely hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful location, very well maintained, not too big, really friendly staff, pools were lovely, plenty of sunbeds, breakfast very good. Outdoor cinema is a really nice bonus. 2 very local restaurants are excellent.

Cons:

Room layout may not suit everyone, we probably wouldn't take a room with a private pool next time as we didn't really use it. Bring a tablet if you want to watch any TV as channel options are very limited.

Pros:

Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die gesamte Anlage ist modern und sauber.
Der Barkeeper Kostas macht die besten Drinks und ist ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber.

Cons:

Small hotel with nice pool and friendly staff, limited choices during breakfast
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Kleinschalig hotel (wat ook betekende dat er geen activiteiten werden georganizeerd) - eerder geschikt voor koppels, minder voor gezinnen met kinderen. Heel fijn zwembad.

Cons:

Sauna tegen betaling (vind ik erover aan deze prijzen), beperkte keuze tijdens het ontbijt. Onoplettende housekeeping: geen nieuwe koffie, te weinig zeepjes voor het aantal personen, te weinig handdoeken (we waren met 4 op de kamer), beperkte keuze tijdens lunch.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is top-notch.
The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Three swimming pools, the sea is very close, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas for shade.
I was amazed by the opportunity to watch a football match on the big screen in the courtyard!

Cons:

I don't think I should have to remind guests at a hotel of this standard that I'm out of shampoo or body wash.
The sauna is only open until 6 PM and costs 20 euros per person. Only the dry sauna was open; the wet sauna wasn't working at all. So, you could either take half price or not take it at all.
And finally, the towels for the pools and the beach were large and comfortable. You can exchange the shower towels for newer ones.
But none of this stopped us from giving it a 10.

Great!
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to the beach,pool, very quiet and not crowded at all. Great restaurants around the property ( one we can recommend is Sky garden) and the best ever bartender 100/10 ( Mr. Kostas). The private pool is also a nice addition. AC works great for those hot humid summer nights. Bed is comfortable. Great view of the sunset from the terrace of the hotel/ bar. Rethymno is a must see, only 15 minutes by car from the hotel. Chania is a little over an hour, also a must see. The location is perfect if you have a car. Hotel area is quiet and peaceful, no cicadas in the area. Walking distance from bars, pubs. Worth to rent a car and drive to chania and rethymno.

Cons:

Some ants appeared on the second day and we kept seeing them every evening since, but nothing crazy, bathroom could have been a little bit better cleaned but still decent. Average breakfast, except for the omelette and coffee.
