Leuk hotel, ideale ligging en interieur maar door ontbrekende items ons insziens geen volwaardig 4*
Pros:

personeel aan de 'receptie'/ontbijt was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Centrale locatie en korte afstand naar parkeergarage Qpark Torengarage zijn uitstekende troeven. Het rustieke bijzondere trappenhuis (doet wat denken aan de beweegbare Zweinstein trappen van Harry Potter), ontbijtruimte met de glasramen en koffiehoek/lounge zijn erg gezellig. Ontbijt was ok, Afgesloten/aparte toilet is top. Gemakkelijk regelbare douchekraan en constante watertemperatuur, TOP. Richtbare leds aan bedrug zijn geweldig, zeker voor mensen die graag in bed lezen. Keuze van tv-zenders is ok maar stemmen niet meer overeen met lijst in Berlage krantje. Animal Planet wordt vermeld maar staat niet meer tussen de zenders. Ontbijt is goed maar wordt altijd maar mondjesmaat bijgevuld, achter een banaan heb ik op dag 2 moeten vragen terwijl ze wel degelijk aanwezig waren. Jongeman was heel gedienstig om per direct bananen toe te voegen. Waren ze wellicht vergeten in de fruitkorf te leggen. Dat er ook witte broodjes waren werd bijzonder gewaardeerd, niet iedereen lust graag bruin brood. En Nutella aanwezig, TOPPIE. Berlagewinkel naast ingang hotel heeft bijzonder leuke items en ook erg vriendelijke uitbaters.

Cons:

harde matras en dekbed te kort (lengtegewijs), luidruchtige airco die reeds vroeg in de ochtend aanspringt, hebben daar ook andere gasten hun beklag over horen doen aan de receptie. Een koeler/minibar ontbreekt (is zeker ruimte voor) en vinden wij toch wel een must voor een 4* hotel. Te weinig kastruimte (wordt slechts deels gecompenseerd door de hangmogelijkheden). Slechte verlichting boven lavabo (vooral voor scheerbeurt ontoereikend). Bijzonder gladde douchekuip waardoor risico op uitschuiven vrij reëel is, samen douchen wordt zo wel erg hachelijk (een kuip met wat reliëf zou een betere keuze geweest zijn). Ook een 'rekje' in douchecabine ontbreekt, je hebt niets om je shampoo of dergelijke op te zetten. Wat ook bijzonder irritant bleek was het 'alarm' dat zeker in het begin om de haverklap afging omdat de deur niet goed in het slot viel. Ontbijt is goed maar wordt mondjesmaat bijgevuld, Scrambled egg heb ik op dag 3 toch wel tussen 10 en 15 minuten moeten wachten. Meisje was ook wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, op dat vlak is het personeel zeker voorbeeldig. Wel zou de keuze tussen hard en zachtgekookt leuk zijn. Nu zijn er enkel hardgekookte eitjes en scrambled eggs. Dat er een korting op het parkeertarief was mits boeken via de hotel was leuk meegenomen. Tevens vroegen we aan de receptie of er misschien een overeenkomst was voor korting in het Grieks restaurant naast het hotel. Men zei ons dat we gewoon moesten vermelden dat we in het hotel logeerden. Helaas toen we de rekening vroegen in het restaurant werd ons gezegd dat dit enkel een bepaald gerecht betrof en dat wisten we natuurlijk niet voor bestelling van de gewenste gerechten, helaas. Ook raadzaam is om de lepeltjes in de konfituurpotjes te laten steken, de lepeltjes bovenop de gesloten dekseltjes is niet bepaald praktisch.

Fascinating building and spectacular room.
Pros:

Huge windows so a sunlit space. Plenty of space. Lovely shower with overhead feature too. Hotel interior fascinating! Free coffee all day. Staff so attentive. Location for tram 17 brilliant.

Pros:

The people especially Tia ( I think ) on reception, the coffee both in the room& in library & breakfast room . Fantastic architecture , helpful staff , 20 foot high ceiling in bedroom .The location was perfect for all of the Hague's sights & despite being in a main square , on a tram line , next to a Church very quiet. Ultra clean but not sterile or corporate with lots of funky touches .

Stylisches Hotel und guter zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral mit reichlich Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Stil ist dem geschichtsträchtigen Gebäude entsprechend stimmig. Insbesondere das "Kantoor" mit ganztägiger kostenloser Verfügbarkeit von Kaffee und Wasser sowie weiteren kostenpflichtigen Getränken und Snacks stellt einen außergewöhnlichen Mehrwert dar.
Das Zimmer war sauber und der Reinigungsservice einwandfrei. Die Beschattung erfolgte automatisch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, aber mit wenig Stauraum/Kofferablagemöglichkeit. Das Bad war nur durch eine Schwingtüre abgetrennt und das Waschbecken befand sich im Schlafraum.
Das Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltete alles, was man braucht. Qualitativ war es aber verbesserungsfähig (z.B. Rührei sehr trocken, gekochte Eier kalt) und für die gebotene Qualität zu teuer.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt .
Pros:

Perfekte Lage mitten in City. Gebäude sehr stilvoll (Treppenhaus! Chill Raum = original historisches Kontor), große Dusche, Bett sehr bequem, ausreichend SchlafKissen, Hotelslippers, AC konnte ausgeschaltet werden ( ich hasse das Gebrumm), Frühstück nicht probiert, Personal sehr freundlich (hatten Geduld mit meinen Anstrengungen auf NL) , mein Wunsch nach Verzicht auf Zwischenreinigung wurde beachtet , Glück mit anderen Gästen ( die waren ruhig)

Cons:

Wenn ich zu zweit gewesen wäre, wäre das Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer nicht so angenehm . Auch möchte ich nicht zu zweit unter einer Decke liegen , egal wie riesig die ist . Die blaue Tagesdecke und die kleinen deko Kissen sind komplett überflüssig und machen nur Arbeit . .

Pour le dire simplement, je reviendrai.
Pros:

Cet hôtel historique très propre est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied. De plus , le personnel est aux petits soins. Le pdj est fabuleux.

Rustig, fijn hotel op centrale toplocatie
Pros:

Geweldige centrale locatie in een netjes hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren kan via het hotel tegen goedkoper tarief in Qpark parkeergarage op 2 min lopen.
