Very very kind staff!

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was not quite up to standards. Not everything was as clean as it should be (mirror clearly not cleaned, mold in the shower) and some things were somewhat rundown (very worn-down paint on the bathroom door, broken blinds, bathroom windows not neatly finished). Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du cœur historique du centre-ville ville, dans un beau bâtiment.

Cons:

Chambre petite et peu d’intimité en raison de l’agencement de la douche et de l’évier directement dans la chambre

Prachtig hotel, helemaal in Berlage stijl met mooie comfortabele kamers. Ideale ligging voor centrum Den Haag. Geweldig voor de liefhebber van architectuur, maar ook comfort. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Perfekt für ein langes Wochenende
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein architektonisches Kleinod aus dem Expressionismus. Es ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind bequem und alles ist sauber. Neuerdings steht das historische Direktorenzimmer den Gästen als zusätzlicher Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung. Kaffeespezialitäten sind gratis 24/7. Wir waren schon dreimal in Berlage Hotel und kommen gerne wieder. Tip: Fahrrad mitbringen oder mieten, so wird der Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, beengt und bieten wenig Stauraum. Für 2 oder 3 Nächte ok.

Pros:

Room is very cosy, neat, quite large.
Front door is making quite a resonating sound when it closes without being held back. Don't think it'd be a problem for many, but for the sensitive people regarding to hearing, I'd advise maybe to go to an upper floor (I was on the first). Staff addressed temporarily the issue (thanks) but it should be worth it to find a system for that door.

Cons:

We rented bikes. I strongly advice to try them out before, as they're not your typical bikes. They look quite comfy with a backrest but actually that makes them peculiar to use.

Un peu déçu, cet hôtel ne correspond peut-être pas à ce que l'on attend de cette chaine réputée ?
Pros:

La chambre est petite, le lavabo n'est pas dans la salle de bain, les rideaux plastiques de celle ci sont dans un triste état, aucune insonorisation, nous avons été réveillés par les pigeons . Le soir les trams font un bruit d'enfer. Personnel gentil, petit déjeuner correct . Emplacement parfait.
