Nice stay in Haya
Pros:

Very well-located hotel, well-maintained facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Initially, I was put in an attic room with no windows. The next day, I asked to be moved, and my request was promptly granted. However, in the new room, I became aware of the hotel's poor soundproofing; I could hear conversations from the room next door—even knowing when someone was in the bathroom—as well as noise from people in the square in front of the hotel late into the night. So, for anyone who has trouble sleeping, this could be an inconvenience.

Gute Lage. Frühstück gut und vor Ort günstiger (20€) als bei Buchung im Voraus.

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer, kaum Ablageflächen oder Stauraum. Dusche mitten im Zimmer.

Pros:

Der Charme des Hotels hat uns gefallen.
Die Einrichtung war tadellos. Sehr freundliches und angenehmes Personal. Die Betten waren top.
Es hat eine tolle schöne Lounge mit Kaffeemaschine und tolle Aussicht mit grossen Fenstern.

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablage Fläche- das Zimmer war 18m2, da fehlt es an Platz. War ein Luxus Problem.

La gentilezza dello staff e lo stile moderno delle camere in contrasto con il restante dell’hotel molto caratteristico.

Cons:

Le donne delle pulizie non erano così brave,rifacevano il letto e cambiavano asciugamani ma la camera non la pulivano.
