A 3 Star Hotel Til Manager Harms Client-Accountable!
Pros:

I liked in general most of the good I could appreciate, such as a good staff member.

Cons:

The manager went against code universal law via abusing or via bad speech that kept blaming this client for a key stolen - or illegally removed - out of my purse's inside-pocket during the overnight Wed. Night Sept 16th
2026 overnight stay (last) of mine; key lifted while this client was sleeping.

Cons:

朝食付きで6泊契約したはずが、複数回朝食の提供は無いと断られた。その度にBooking.comから連絡を入れてもらったが、全く引き継がれず、その度に嫌な思いをした。

Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice room and nice bathroom.

Cons:

Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. One in the lobby but was on the 4th floor so wasn’t going to go down four flights to use it.

Decent Value for money
Pros:

Rooms were clean, staff was as helpful as they could be. I really liked the bed, I prefer soft beds. The bathroom was quite small though, and the shower water pressure was not as strong as I usually like. The Café in the lobby was quite limited, but I got a delicious ham and cheese croissant for the road there.

Cons:

When I arrived, they said they did not have my reservation because I had booked through booking.com. Luckily the staff were able to find us a room even though they were sold out for the night. Not sure what happened there but glad it was sorted relatively quickly.

Lovely, well managed hotel in the heart of New Bedford
Pros:

Well located for ferries, restaurants and bars and the Whaling Museum. I love the convenience of the hotel. The staff is lovely. It’s a gem

Cons:

There is little I don’t like. The water in the shower could be hotter. I’d love coffee on demand for breakfast downstairs. (Not expreso)

Spacious rooms, high end feel, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

The restaurant was great and I loved that it turned into a starbucks in the morning. I didn't need to leave the hotel and search for food or coffee, wasting time, which was really nice and added to the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Cons:

The parking was far away. I wasn't expecting that. However, there were plenty of spots on the street and the meters were free.
