We had a wonderful time at Hotel Eden Park. It looks like a traditional hotel from the outside, but is very modern inside. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated that it had air conditioning since we were there during a heat wave. Christine is a very gracious host and the staff is super friendly and helpful and they all really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed having breakfast, which is fabulous, in the beautiful garden and the view over the lake.

die Abreise, nachdem wir uns von der Besitzerin an der Rezeption maßregeln lassen mussten.
KEIN Aufzug, Treppen zur Rezeption, 4 Stockwerke auf alter Treppe, aufgelegte, nicht geklebte Teppiche als Stolperfalle
• das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Fotos, die Besitzerin sagte, es war das letzte und Booking.com sei Schuld an den Preisen.
• die Lage, neben der Hauptstraße, es war laut die ganze Nacht
• die Sauberkeit: Haare im Bett und Flecken an der Bettwäsche
• Parkplatz: super steile Abfahrt, mit Sportauto unerreichbar, zu klein, kaum möglich zu wenden
• das Haus ist alt-auf schnell neu rennoviert
• Schlussendlich dei Freundlichkeit der Inhaberin, das einzige, was außergewöhnlich war, war die Freundlichkeit des Frühstückpersonals.
• Milch. Yoghurt beim Frühstück nicht gekühlt...
• SAT TV funktionierte nicht (bei Schönwetter)
• das ist eine alte Frühstückspension zu weit überhöhten Preisen, kein Hotel

Für uns kein Hotel, sondern eine gut geführte Pension.

Ruhe Lage, aber dennoch nah am Zentrum, großes Zimmer und Dusche, modern, bequemes Bett, großer Balkon, gute Klimaanlage, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen beim Frühstück
Frühstück (bis auf die Eierspeisen) war leider nur Durchschnitt, jeden Tag das gleiche und nichts besonderes (nur klassisch Gouda/Emmentaler und Brie, vllt mal typische regionale Produkte?), es gibt zwar kostenlose Parkplätze, aber die sind begrenzt: die Info finde ich bei Buchung wichtig, Rezeption war nur bis nachmittags besetzt: man hatte quasi Self-Check in via Umschlag, kein Aufzug
Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten war super. Sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Parkplätze sind wenig
