Perfect apartment and location
Pros:

Beautifully clean, spacious and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom the most comfortable, large bed.

Cons:

All good.

Pros:

Magnifique studio tout neuf et très confortable dans un beau quartier proche du centre.
Transports publics gratuits c’est génial.
Très bon accueil.

Le petit déjeuner mis à disposition .
Très décevant une petite barquette de beurre et une barquette de confiture et une capsule de café et un sachet de thé et du pain toast par jour.
Je n’appelle pas ça un petit déjeuner ,en quantité on s’attendrait à plus.
C’est dommage parce que tout le reste est parfait.
Quand j’ai réservé sur Booking j’avais mis dans les critères avec parking.Malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas mais comme les transports publics sont gratuits on a pu parquer à l’extérieur .

Tout était parfait

Cons:

Le détail des capsules de café et thé à disposition était très appréciable par contre il serait opportun de laisser autant d unités que de nuits passées

Goede locatie op loopafstand, prima apartement, parkeren slechts 3 uur, ontbijt waardeloos.
Pros:

Dichtbij het centrum, tijdelijk parkeren voor de deur

Cons:

Je mag maar 3 uur parkeren in de straat en dan moet je een kwartier verder lopen voor je auto. De accomodatie geeft die info verder niet! Er wordt vooraf ontbijt aangeboden, maar dat zijn alleen een paar casino broodjes op je kamer in een zakje per dag meteen voor je hele verblijf (3 dagen) met een paar cupjes boter en jam en een fles jus. Aanfluiting dus voor bijna 50 euro extra.

Zeer gunstig gelegen - rustig en uit het centrum maar op wandelafstand van het centrum. Handige kitchenette, correct uitgerust met voldoende eet- en kookgerei.

zonder handleiding is bediening kookplaat niet evident, maar you tube brengt raad wanneer je merk en serienummer vermeld op de kookplaat, intikt

Tanto el hotel como la habitación estaban impecables. Muy amplio, cómodo y silencioso. La habitación que contratamos contaba con cocina completa incluyendo heladera y lavavajillas. Excelente ubicación y muy atento el personal.

Cons:

Lo único a mejorar es el desayuno que ofrece el hotel. El mismo contiene cafe, te y jugo pero para comer solamente hay pan con manteca y mermelada. Dado que se paga un adicional para incluir desayuno, el mismo podría ser un poco mas completo.

Tolle Lage, schön renoviertes Gebäude, grosszügige Räume, geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Pros:

Zimmergrösse, Lage (Innenstadt zu Fuss erreichbar), gute Cafés/Restaurants in Gehdistanz, Architektur des Gebäudes, Sauberkeit und geschmackvolle Ausstattung des Zimmers, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe.

Cons:

Geräusche der Haustechnik störend, Kühlschrank "tönt" die ganze Nacht über und lässt sich nicht ausschalten.
Zutaten für Frühstück genau abgezählt, Zusatzkaffee nicht möglich (oder nur gegen Bezahlung).

I would not recommend this property.

We booked a specific apartment, but upon arrival we were placed in a completely different unit without prior agreement. The host described it as an “upgrade”, however this was not the case in reality.

Yes, the apartment was larger, but it was a basement unit of significantly lower quality. It did not match the listing or expectations at all.

The so-called “upgrade” was not proportional to the inconvenience we experienced.

The host also mentioned a “free breakfast”, but in reality this consisted of very basic items (butter, jam, bread, milk, and cereal), which had a very low value and did not compensate for the issues we faced.

The issues we experienced:
- Strong unpleasant smell upon arrival
- Visible dirt and lack of proper cleaning (including a dirty microwave)
- Presence of ants and insects inside the apartment
- Signs of mold and overall poor hygiene
- Very noisy environment, with outside noise clearly audible
- Loud ventilation system that was disruptive, especially during rest time
- Curtains were dirty and insufficient, not properly covering the windows, with no privacy from outside

Overall, the apartment felt poorly maintained, noisy, and not suitable for the price paid.

The host insisted this was an upgrade and was not willing to offer any meaningful compensation, which made the situation even more frustrating.

On a positive note, Booking.com customer service was excellent. Their support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to help at every step. Since the host was not willing to cooperate, Booking.com took responsibility for the situation and handled it on their side, providing compensation and ensuring the issue was addressed.

I truly appreciate the effort of the support team, as they were the only ones actively working towards a fair resolution.

However, the property itself does not meet acceptable standards and should not be presented as it currently is.

Door die eerste hete nacht een schrale voldoende, anders hadden we echt hoge punten gegeven

Het was allemaal nieuw, schoon en netjes!

Cons:

De eerste nacht hebben wij beide geen oog dicht gedaan, omdat onze verwarming roodgloeiend bleef terwijl wij hem op uit hadden staan. Dit ook direct gemeld bij hotel en Booking.com echter bij beide zonder resultaat

Zápach z postele. Zřejmě zápach umělé kůže z nového vybavení. Vybaveni kuchyně je lepší před prvním použitím znovu umyt - na pánvích byly mastné fleky.
