Everyone made us very welcome. Hotel was excellent location for Victoria Station and shopping.

Being from the USA, I appreciated the AC in the room. No other hotel I stayed at, during my trip to the UK, had AC that performed during the heat wave they were experiencing.

Comfortable bed. Easy efficient shower. Great view. Lovely breakfast. Plenty of tea and biscuits and water in room. Fridge in room. Friendly and efficient staff.
Bar food menu uninspired
Great location, close to train station and shopping centre, restaurants & bars. Breakfast options were very good and great staff. The room was nice, modern and clean. Great value for money. 100% recommend.
Location is excellent, and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good, although it was a buffet one day and order only on the Monday.
Has a gym, but in really bad condition. Lots of weights are missing, and the cables on the cable machine are broken. Very frustrating.
Drains in the room were blocked, and we had lettuce coming up through the drains. Had a bad smell in the room the whole time. We did report it on arrival, but nothing was really done.
The hotel has excellent bar and cafe areas. It is very convenient for Victoria Station, being right next door.
The room was very clean with a large comfortable bed. Being on a high floor there was no noise from the street and we had a great view of the Cathedral. All the staff we met were extremely polite and friendly.

We ordered room service, Nachos, and paid £12.50 + £5.00 tray charge (room service without a tray?) for a bowl of dry Doritos and three small tubs of relish. That was a bit cheeky. There is a fridge in the room so maybe take your own snacks.
