Great stay
Pros:

Wonderful service, Ali went above and beyond in the service he provided.
Very comfortable beds and it has an convenient location: the hotel is next to the AO arena.

Cons:

The prices were extremely high. We paid 250 euro’s for a standard room for one night.
Although the room was clean, there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom

Odlična lokacija odmah pored stanice Manchester Victoria. Soba je bila čista i ugodna, a doručak kvalitetan i s dobrim izborom.

Cons:

Prilikom dolaska u sobi nas je dočekao samo jedan ručnik, a u kupaonici nije bilo dodatnih ručnika. Morali smo dva puta podsjetiti osoblje prije nego što smo ih dobili. Osim toga, nismo imali drugih zamjerki.

Great hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, loved that they had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom which smelt gorgeous, rain shower was lovely, room stunning. Even had a mini fridge with water in and milk, well worth the money. Location great for the show I was attending in Stoller Hall.

Pros:

The young lady on reception was amazing when we had an issue with our room and even gave us a voucher for a free drink at the bar which we thought was a very nice touch.

Lovely modern hotel that is comfortable and ideally located next to Manchester Victoria station. Our room was spacious with good facilities.
