lovely comfy bed great aircon in the room i am disabled and needed a little help and the staff rushed to help me an absolute bonus was a disabled parking right outside the hotel there was only two spaces but i got one and i could park there with no restriction so for me it was perfect but i am not sure what would of happened if i could not of parked there i had a lovely breakfast served to me and it was lovely and hot but i think maybe it should of been served on a hot plate but im not really complaining i would like to stay there again for the convention next august

The room we booked was very spacious, as was the bathroom. It allowed me to work in comfort and was very close to AO arena (next door), which meant I didn't have to factor in travel to make it to a gig after work.
Breakfast was quite expensive if booked through the hotel, there were better options at the cafe attached for a much more reasonable price.
The location is perfect, next to the train station, taxi stand and bus stops are nearby with loads of shops around, very accessible.
Rooms are clean with good service from the housekeeping staff. There is a gym where my friend can do the workout there and my friend is very happy with that.
There is no car park in the hotel but only takes 5 mins walk to the nearby car park with good security system, so not bad.

The location, staff and room were wonderful.
We had some plumbing issues within our room, the taps were running inconsistently, the shower turned its self off. And there was a constant noise coming from the the drains
Convenient for AO Arena, literally 2 minute walk. Hotel Indigo is a lovely building and the rooms are superb. We were in room 115 which was a large room with King Bed. We were half board and our evening meal was excellent, good quality food. All staff were helpful, friendly & chatty.
The stairs can only be used if requested so it’s lift use only. If you’re only on first floor, it would be quicker to use stairs but they are only for emergencies or as a special request. Breakfast is a bit limited for vegetarians.

This is the second time ive been here firstt time was last year and the shower was turning on and off with water pressure and going scolding hot the manager last year said will check this and sort so I thought ok let's give it a chance again as location is great and the balcony however shower issue is exactly the same. So no now I will not stay again and I am hugely disappointed. 13th floor no water pressure... you need to fix this. Paying 200 per nighy to have scolding hot shower on and off pressure not ok...
