great place great location little overpriced and extremely noisy at night
Pros:

great location you can walk every where, brilliant. excellent shops just around corner and 10 minute walk into mosman

Cons:

if you leave your car space you loose it, not really an alternative for parking. extremely noisy in the late hours of the night, didnt get much sleep thats how noisy it was, probably wouldnt stay there again

Worth every cent, easy, Hassell free and so happy
Pros:

Hosts were very clear on instructions for entry etc. wonderful and easy to deal with. Next time I'm in that part of Aus I'll be hoping for another apartment! You guys rock x

comfortable bed, clear instructions of the coming and going of the property

Cons:

the bedroom was a bit dusty, and the bathroom was a bit dirty, with long dark hairs on the shower walls. i also think you could perhaps provide some small milk containers if you’re going to provide tea and coffee

Get location and comfortable
Pros:

Great location close to small shopping area with wonderful Persian food shop Persica, bakery, supermarket, cafes like excellent Expresso Rosa. Good air con, quiet area on no through road, good number of coat hangers, cupboard space, great hot water and excellent towels. TV good. Problems I had were sorted efficiently and quickly by staff, Ruby and Tim. Prompt communication. Kettle was burned out, so replaced. Tim came to secure a window. Thank you so much. Close to Mosman ferry, lovely Reid park, Balmoral. Buses also easy to get.

Cons:

Window frames are what you'd expect in an old building, steel. But are rusted so impossible for me to open. One had cracked glass. Window blind openings are broken, as is the bathroom door handle. These are owner problems not the staff's.

Great location but spoilt by lack of care and attention to property and insufficient necessities.

Shower leaks water across bathroom floor

Washing line in bathroom broken
Air conditioning unit outside noisy all night long (may be neighbours)
For a 5 night stay provided 3 mugs, 1 tea towel, no washing pods. No bottle opener or corkscrew. No condiments. Felt mean.
