Pros:

Location. View from our 3rd floor room overlooking the common to the sea.
Shops and restaurants just around corner, Palmerston Rd.
There is parking on street, (pay at the metre) free from 6pm to 8am.

Two chairs are a bonus.
Full length mirror a bonus.
TV & tea/coffee tray with kettle.

Cons:

No lift.
No dressing table (bring your own vanity mirror).
No drawers
No wardrobe
No hooks to hang coats.
Very small hanging space for two people, not suitable for more than 2 nights in my opinion.

Comfortable hotel in a brilliant area
Pros:

Great location. Clean, spacious single room. Lovely shower with good water pressure. Comfy bed. Great check in and check out. Nice convenient taxi button service in reception. Loved my 1 night stay.

Cons:

No aircon in the room but it was an unusually hot night though, so wouldn't normally be an issue.

Great place, shame about the parking.
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Easy to find. Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

It wasn't a problem for me as I didn't have a car but if you do, be warned finding a space can be a nightmare.

Excellent and would definitely use this hotel again.
Pros:

It was a good price for an excellent room. The hotel was conveniently placed, the view was lovely. It was exceptionally clean and neat.

Cons:

The shower tray was extremely slippery. So much so I nearly fell twice. A shower mat is much needed. There were a LOT of stairs to reach the room.
