スタッフが丁寧だった。
お風呂が綺麗だった。

Cons:

別館の部屋だっだが、不潔ではないが年季が入っており、拍子抜けした。
通路に豚の置物がたくさんあるのも怖い

最高でした！大浴場も朝食ビュッフェも良く、快適に過ごせました。また大阪に来る機会があれば、ぜひ泊まりたいです！
Pros:

大浴場が広くてとても気持ちよかったです。お部屋も比較的広めでゆったり過ごせました。館内着も肌触りがよく、着心地が良かったです。

朝食ビュッフェも食べられるものがたくさんあり、朝から楽しめました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけたので、観光の際にもとても助かりました。

Cons:

泊まった部屋のある階の廊下が少し暑く感じました。お部屋の中は快適だったので、そこだけ少し気になりました。

風呂だけは良かった！
Pros:

風呂はとても良かった。それを基準に選んで当たりだったところ。

Cons:

①連泊で、初日を間違えて喫煙でとったため事前に禁煙への変更をメール依頼していたが、物理的に不可能であれば納得できるが、チェックイン時に話して初めてメールをチェックという体制には疑問。また、裏で禁煙ルーム開放可否の話をしていて可ではあるがという話が聞こえ、一旦禁煙ルームに通されたものの、あとで元の喫煙ルームに変更。いまひとつ納得できないところ。
②近隣オフィスへの出勤が7時半で早いこともあり、朝食会場が6時半オープンの確認をして予約したが、修学旅行客もいるため早朝は遠慮して欲しいという話がチェックイン時にあった。修学旅行は計画的なものであり予約時にはわかっていたことのはず。それであれば朝食なしプランも選択できた。結果的に朝食会場に行ったものの、乱雑になっていたこともあり、せっかくのバイキングも少量だけ食べて退出した。

騒音以外は快適。
Pros:

朝食が豪華。駅から近いのも嬉しい。大浴場、露天風呂もあり、アメニティも充実していた。ベットも丁度良く、ぐっすり寝ることが出来た。
