I have a wonderful memory for this hotel that a staff was so kind to hold an umbrella for me when it rained while waitin
Pros:

Excellent customer service, great location walking distance to Kanda station with many restaurants around, clean, comfortable double room with spaciousness. This hotel has been my favorite since I stayed the first time, several years ago.

Cons:

This time, the air condition was so cold in the room and I needed to get a blanket since I could control the temperature although blanket was warm and comfortable. Wish I could control the temperature.

Cons:

東京駅からの徒歩が微妙に遠かった。女子アメニティが用意されていない。のは仕方ないが、そのことを問い合わせたく、電話したがAI対応で、人に繋がらないのが、非常にストレスだった。
