Very good value for money
Pros:

Well organized room. Desk had adequate work size for a 12 sq meter room.
Room was in good shape. Liked laundry availabily and ice machines on select floors.
Pleasant staff.
Storage area for bags with self service bags and lockers (free).

Cons:

Wish the laundry machines could be charged to credit card or room. Coin only is very inconvenient.
Very few television stations and all in Japanese. At least one channel that was English (perhaps a news channel) is desirable.

雨がうざかった。千葉の豪雨の前後に宿泊。
Pros:

ロケ良かった

Cons:

冷蔵庫で冷やすと氷が少量落ちてくるので濡れてしまう。バスと床の段差が大きいので膝を痛める危険がある。

Pros:

칸다, 미츠코시마에역이 굉장히 가깝고 도쿄역,니혼바시,오테마치역도 충분히 도보로 가능해서 위치가 상당히 좋았습니다. 숙소의 위치가 조용해서 편안하게 묵을 수 있었고, 전철 소리가 나기는 하지만 개인적으로 크게 영향이 있지는 않았습니다. 직원들이 항상 친절하게 맞아주셔서 좋았습니다. 여름이라 항상 에어컨이 가동되고 있을 수 있도록 카드키가 꽂혀있어 숙소로 돌아왔을때 시원하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 침대 옆에 조명과 에어컨 조절 스위치가 있어서 자기전에 편하게 온오프를 할 수 있었어요

Cons:

여느 일본 호텔들이 그렇듯 오래되서 오는 낡음은 어쩔 수 없고, 청소는 3일에 한번 진행되지만 침구를 교체해주시거나 이런건 아닌 것 같습니다. 수건이랑 쓰레기봉투는 매일 교체해주시긴 합니다. 화장실에서 약간 물냄새가 좀 나기는 합니다.
