Sve je bilo odlično!
Soba je čista i udobna. Klima-uređaj radi odlično, tako da u sobi nije bilo vruće. I, što je veoma važno, bilo je tiho. Odlično smo se naspavali.
Dopao nam se ukusan doručak.
Vozač nam je pomogao da unesemo kofere na sprat, na čemu mu posebno zahvaljujemo.
Nije prvi put da rezervišem sobe u ovom hotelu za prijatelje i svaki put je sve prošlo odlično.

Absolutely great for what we needed for distance from airport
Pros:

I liked how close it was to the airport - convinennt for mine and my dad's journey back home to the UK

The selection at breakfast was good, and the ladies on reception were brilliant, very polite and helpful

Cons:

The beds for me were very uncomfortable because I have a ongoing back issue

Excellent airport transfer, flight was delayed 2 hours. The driver was at airport at 00:15 waiting for me

Cons:

La salle de bain très sommaire, les joints de la douche noirs, pas de pression dans la douche.
Chambre très mal insonorisée. Lit à faire soi même en arrivant.

Cons:

1) администратор Николай не разрешил использовать кулер с горячей водой. У меня грудной ребёнок, а им наплевать. Чайник тоже не дали.
2) в номере клопы! Искусали всех! На 1 этаже точно.
3) однообразные завтраки. Каждый день одно и тоже.
4) оплатили трансфер. После водитель потерял ключи и затребовал еще 15 евро себе на такси. Отдала еще 15 евро. В общем обдираловка.

Pros:

I booked the hotel so that my 76-year-old mother could stay overnight between flights. The hotel advertises airport transfers in both directions. I sent the arrival date and time via the booking messages, then bought a £20 international calling add-on so I could confirm the arrangement by phone.
I spoke to a woman who told me they normally collect guests from the pickup point, but because my mother is elderly, speaks neither English nor Serbian, a driver would meet her inside the airport with a sign bearing her name.
Nobody met her. She tried to call me for three hours while I was at a funeral with my phone switched off. Russian tourists found her confused and unattended, located the hotel booking on her WhatsApp, called the hotel, and they arrived to pick her up later.
When I later called to complain, the man I spoke to first claimed I had never provided pickup details. He then said the woman I had spoken to was his manager and that she had not entered any notes on the system about meeting my mother at the airport. The hotel offered no apologies. I do not recommend them because they are dishonest and unreliable.
