I understand there’re no official airport hotel in Belgrade, but this is definitely the worst choice.
Pros:

The room was clean and the reception guy was friendly - these are the only good things about this place. We’ll never get back.

Cons:

Absolutely don’t recommend this place.
There’s almost impossible to find the way there (even for the taxi driver), we’ve spent 15 extra minutes to our 15 minutes drive. No road signs, no communication from the hotel.

There’s a huge road construction just in front of the building. And due to the hot weather they’ve been working even in the late evening. So very loud and dusty outside.

There’s no ramp or elevator, so you have to drag your suitcases up the stairs (we had a family room on the 3rd floor - it was annoying after a long travel).

The water barely flows from the tap.

The room was quiet expensive, we could have got much better apartments for this price +extra money on a taxi to the airport.

L'appartement était spacieux et propre, le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Il y a des travaux autour de l'établissement qui font qu'on a eu un peu de mal à trouver. Le GPS Google Maps n'est pas encore à jour mais lorsqu'il sera à jour ce sera plus facile à trouver.

A convenient and comfortable airport hotel with friendly staff. A good option for an overnight stay before or after a fl
Pros:

We stayed for one night after our flight, and the hotel was a good choice. It’s close to Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, making it convenient for early departures. It’s also a short bus ride to Hollywoodland Water Park, which is a nice bonus if you’re travelling with children.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the construction in the area related to Expo 2027. It affects access to the hotel, so you currently have to take a detour to reach it. The hotel provides clear directions, which were very helpful, but until the construction is finished it does make the location a little less convenient than it would normally be.

Pros:

Close to airport, the city bus to from the airport is free with bus stop around 10 minutes walk from hotel. Beds comfy, quiet, excellent breakfast. 24 hour reception, minibar handy. Generally modern appearance to room.

Cons:

Room starting to look a little worn - curtain was not properly attached, some furniture, floor tiles and shower showing a lot of wear.

Perfect
Pros:

Very professional staff.Attentive and caring.
Taxi service was perfect to and from airport.10 mins max.
No time for breakfast but was included in price.
The sheets were not made up on the single bed but it showed how clean things were.

Very quiet. I was on the ground floor also

Cons:

The pillow on the bed wasnt comfortable. Very lumpy. Apart from that I would have given 10 out of 10
