Servizi inseriti nella struttura non erano usufruibili perché erano in manutenzione (in alta stagione) e questo ci ha rovinato la vacanza visto che avevamo scelto questo hotel principalmente per la piscina e la spa al coperto. La colazione era molto povera per un 4 stelle: gli affettati arrivavano palesemente dal discount e pure le due misere fette di formaggio, non capisco perché non sfruttare ciò che ti può dare il territorio e dare dei prodotti di qualità, inoltre la frutta era vecchia e non di stagione. Mi aspetto che ad agosto mi venga data la possibilità di scegliere della frutta fresca e non delle misere banane quando di fronte a loro c’era un fruttivendolo che vendeva l’anguria. infine Il dispencer dell’acqua non funzionava. Nella camera abbiamo trovato un asciugamano piccolo macchiato che non ho potuto usare, speravo che mi venisse cambiato il giorno dopo ma è rimasto lo stesso e me lo hanno solo rimesso nella mensola degli asciugamani

Nothing fancy. But a comfy place for a night.
Pros:

Nice hotel, family managed. Very close to the Boario exit of the nearby freeway .
I slept comfortably and had a good breakfast.

Cons:

The swimming pool which is in the picture was closed. While I respect the property decision, I might suggest to advise in advance the customers or temporarily do not put the photo.
