Ho prenotato anche per la piscina ma non era disponibile, mi è stato detto che era impegnata per corsi esterni, il giorno della partenza mi è stato detto che dovevo prenotarla pagando

ristorante chiuso, sebbene non indicato e parecchi chiedevano per pranzo o cena.
Colazione scarna anche nel fiine settimana con albergo pieno.
Servizi non da 4 stelle ma nemmeno da 3 stelle.
La sera c’è stata una festa e si è sentito rumore in camera fino a oltre mezzanotte

Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la piscine car non disponible. Dommage, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ça.
Although I was not able to use the pool during my stay, I enjoyed my time at this well-managed hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was both stylishly presented and delicious.
The hotel offers convenient parking, is easy to reach, and is located in a charming spa village surrounded by beautiful nature. I particularly enjoyed hiking in the hills above Colere and exploring the stunning local scenery.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return.

Zentrale Lage, wir durften unser Motorrad in der abschliessbaren Garage parken, freundliches Personal, grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück, ausreichend grosses und sauberes Zimmer
Wir haben das Hotel primär deshalb gewählt, weil es einen Pool hat. Leider war dieser nicht benutzbar, was uns sehr enttäuscht hat. Auch weil in der Buchungsbestätigung extra auf den Pool hingewiesen wurde. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns als Alternative die Therme empfohlen. Doch hätte das pro Person zusätzlich Euro 32 gekostet. Das wollten wir nicht ausgeben. Als während der Dusche dann auch noch der Duschkopf dauernd runtergefallen ist, war unsere Stimmung vorübergehend im Keller.

Nonostante avessimo chiesto prima di prenotare disponibilità del centro benessere, arrivati ci è stato detto che era occupato da un'associazione sportiva fino alla settimana seguente.
Senza la possibilità di usufruire del centro benessere (motivo principale della nostra prenotazione) il.prezzo risulta esageratamente alto.
