Liked the bed and staff was decent
Shower was kinda dirty and very basic for a king suite. The sink didnt drain . Ice machine was broken
Friendly staff, good breakfast.
Sleeper sofa was broken, so my two children had to sleep in the bed with my husband and I. Not a very good night's rest.

I arrived at 2 pm. Check in was noted as 3. The place was empty and quiet. The man said he would have to check with house keeping to see if my room was available and it should only be a few minutes and he would call. I said we could wait in the lobby. He responded by telling me there would be a $25 early Check in fee. I said no thank you and we would return. When we checked in at 3 I told him I felt like he tried to take advantage of us. He said oh no, I left too quickly. He was going to work it out. It all seemed very shady. I have never been charged an early check in fee. Either the room is ready or not, and that is fine but to want to charge me so close to check in time seemed so odd. Never has that happened to me before.
