Nem volt meg a kifizetett reggeli! A recepción nem volt senki naphosszat. Egy telefonszám volt megadva, amin csak bosnyakul beszéltek. Szóval 4 napon keresztül teljesen gazdátlanok voltunk. A szoba felszereltsége megfelelt a megadottaknak.

Tranzit szállásnak jó, de nagyon retro

Nincs saját őrzött parkoló/utcán parkol az autó ha van hely ha nem akkor távolabb/ , nincs klíma, a hölgy ugyan segítő kész volt,de csak bosnyákul beszélt.
3 csillagos szálloda ellenére egy hazai alsó kategóriás apartmannak felel meg.

This is the first time I have seen such a dirty hotel. The bed had no sheets. There were hairs on the bed. The room smelled very bad. Toilet paper was not given. The bathroom was full of dirt. No cleaning was done. I had to sleep in such a place. The room is only 5m2 incredible.

Rezervoval som dve izby po jednej osobe kvôli súkromiu, ale dostal som izbu pre dve osoby.
Mali sme mať ubytovanie s raňajkami, ale žiadne raňajky nepodavali. Sprchovací kút zatekal, dvere nesedeli a celkovo to bolo zničené a schátrale.
Koberce na izbách špinavé, neupratane a po izbe chodili veľké pavúky. Preležané matrace, pleseň v kúpeľni, skoro žiaden toaletný papier. Mrzí ma že príjemná pani recepčná musí trpieť takýto stav hotela ktorý som ešte nezažil.
