Excelente acomodação em Carlos Barbosa
Pros:

Hotel muito bem cuidado, com estrutura nova, limpa e funcional. Excelente localização e bom café da manhã. Equipe com atendimento cordial.

Cons:

O travesseiro é baixo e a ducha, apesar da boa pressão, distribui a água muito aberta.
O estacionamento coberto é pequeno, dependendo da lotação do hotel, é necessário estacionar no terreno lateral do próprio hotel.

Pros:

Localização ótima. Quartos bem limpos e café da manhã de acordo com a categoria.

Cons:

Os horários para o café da manhã que estipularam ser de acordo com o andar que você está hospedado. Acho que fica inviável visto que cada um tem sua rotina.

Nossa hospedagem foi horrível por conta de que quando chegamos no quarto a manopla do chuveiro nao estava funcionando, fui ate a recepção informar no entanto não tinham outros quartos vagos, a única solução era tomar banho em outro quarto em outro andar que estava desativado por causa da cama,, tínhamos compromisso na cidade e acabamos nos atrasando.
Nos disseram ainda que quando retornassemos estaria arrumado. Ocorre que para nossa surpresa quando chegamos no quarto nada tinham feito, ou seja, sem chuveiro. No momento de check-out nem pedido de desculpas, a funcionária ainda disse que era so dar uma encaixadinha na manopla que estava caindo que conseguiríamos usar, ou seja, pago a diária para ouvir isso, enfim infelizmente minha experiência foi péssima. Outra observação importante o quarto não estava bem limpo.

Acredito que pelo preço que pagamos o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor e os quartos um pouco mais iluminados.
