very friendly and helpful staff. good dinner and breakfast. pleasant lounge and dining room with sea view. very close to shops, sea and local restaurants. rooms were cleaned each morning quickly and efficiently by friendly cleaning team. rooms have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
I can't think of much.... The lift was a bit slow, but we weren't on a schedule...
Brilliant location, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room.
We almost didnt check in because the entrance to reception was so untidy, unswept, dirty windows, and absolutely uninviting, but once up the stairs to reception it was much better. The terrace on the beach front is almost shameful, it has not been swept or cleaned for some time, rusty stools, and dreadfully slow service.
Very good breakfast and the location was excellent. Bar staff very helpful and efficient.
Bathroom was not clean and smelt musty.

Parking facilities - very limited car parking spaces. A member of staff kindly sorted a space out for us but it's a shame the hotel doesn't have a bigger designated area for parking.

The staff were excellent and a great location from which to enjoy the carnival. Breakfast was delicious with great sea views. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. We finished the evening with drinks on the terrace which was a real treat.

The room was too basic. No dressing gown, face cloth. Out of date t.v. no mini bar.
The staff were polite but only 2 were friendly enough with me a 83 year old lone traveller. And no porters at all to help carry bags. These 2 issues were poor.

Fabulous location
Air con not working in restaurant and none in rooms. Very hot in this weather and a lot of flies in room and restaurant. Carpet very dirty in room. .
