Mooi groot hotel met een fijne kamer. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid, wel iets teveel eten voor ons vieren. Maar daarom mochten we het eten meenemen voor de middag. Aangezien het erg slecht weer was, kregen we een paraplu aangeboden voor tijdens onze wandeling.

Cons:

Ze bedoelen het misschien wel heel goed, maar het personeel bleef steeds contact leggen om te vragen of we hulp nodig hebben. Super lief bedoeld, maar wij komen zelf wel met vragen als we iets nodig hebben.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, Kallum and Sydney were very helpful and kind. The room was on the 4th floor which had 2 queen sized beds and a sofa area. The shower was excellent and nice and warm. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was a multi course meal with toast, pancakes, fruit, eggs, cake and tea and coffee.

Cons:

The wifi did not reach our room.

Excellent service, delicious food, and a very comfortable stay
Pros:

We had an excellent one-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and of outstanding quality. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

A cosy, comfortable stay with fabulous service in beautiful Nuwera Eliya
Pros:

The rooms were large, cosy and very comfortable with multiple blankets for warmth if needed. The pillows were the best we had during our stay in Sri Lanka, as was the shower, which was both hot and powerful.
The location is a short walk from main sites/ cafes/ restaurants etc.
There is a pool table which we enjoyed using with our son. We also had a lovely balcony.
The service from Sidney and Callum is particularly was outstanding. Sidney helped us arrange a lovely tuk tuk tour of the local sites and the tuk tuk driver (Indika) was also a really lovely man.
Excellent value!

Cons:

Decor is a bit dated, but for all the positives and price this wouldn’t prevent us from staying again in future.

Konumu tren istasyonuna yakınlığı bakımından çok iyi. Ayrıca çalışanları her konuda yardımcı oluyor.

Cons:

Odalarda klima bulunmuyor ve gece çok soğuktu. Yemeklerde kıl vardı çok fazla yememeye çalıştık.
