Pros:

The hotel is incredibly clean and beautifully designed. The view from my room was stunning, and the location is wonderfully quiet. In the mornings, I could hear Asian koels calling from nearby — such a lovely and unique experience for me.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was delicious.
The hotel is also within walking distance of Tha Phae Gate, which is very convenient.
One small thing to note: the lane leading to the hotel is a bit narrow, so if you’ve booked a private car or transfer, it might not be able to drive all the way in. You may need to walk to the main road — but it’s only a 1-2 minute walk, so it’s really not a problem at all.
And there’s an adorable resident cat at the hotel who wears a little neckerchief — absolutely charming!
Quiet, beautiful, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I loved my stay here and would happily come back.

Great stay
Pros:

Great little hotel we loved our stay, nice pool just outside the rooms, nice breakfast and water provided, the hotel also has a couple of washing machines and hanging area which is super useful. Location is good and alot of places just walking distance away, also can I add the shower was exceptional

Cons:

Nothing really, if I had to pick something it would have been nice to have a tv with Netflix access, however this wasn’t an issue for us.

Great, love the location and vibes, would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was spacious, staff were very helpful, the hotel generally had a nice vibe, cool aesthetic. Love the cat -- he was especially helpful! Good location too. There isn't an elevator, and the hotel is hard to reach via car, but it was workable for me. The room was comfortable, I slept well, great location.

Cons:

The room didn't have a safe, and sound-wise it's not very sealed off, so what goes on outside can get noisey at night at times. You can fairly easily hear people walking for example.

Lovely hidden gem
Pros:

Una gema escondida entre callejones con una excelente ubicación. Nos hospedamos en una suite y fue fantástico, hasta tuvimos vista a un templo. La piscina es increíble y hay un lindo gatito por ahí. El desayuno es muy rico y el staff es muy amable, nos ayudaron a conseguir los mejores tours. También es muy bueno que tengan un autoservicio de lavandería!

מקום ביתי ואותנטי, פשוט מאוד אבל נקי ומיוחד. בריכה קטנה וחמודה, אנחנו לא השתמשנו בה.

מיקום מזעזע!! אחרי לילה אחד ויתרתי על כל הכסף ששילמתי ל4 לילות ועברתי למקום מרכזי. המלון נמצא בסטה צרה, באזור מאוד לא סימפטי. ממש פחדנו לצאת מהמלון. היו מוניות שלא הסכימו להגיע עד המלון אלא לחכות בכביש הראשי. לא ממליצה. באותו מחיר לקחנו מלון טוב וענק באזור הכי מרכזי בצאנג מאי

Pros:

Super fijn hotel. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Chiang Mai en andere faciliteiten. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is super, er is heel veel fruit, er zijn snacks/toast/yoghurt en keuze uit een gerecht (ei/ pannenkoek). Zwembad is fijn, niet al te groot maar prima om in af te koelen en wat rond te zwemmen. Verder krijg je flesjes water, handdoeken bij het zwembad en kan je wassen! Echt top.
