Pros:

Není to žádná pětihvězda, ale absolutně neurazí a určitě se není čeho bát. Extrémně milý personál, poloha přímo v centru, krásná koupelna.

Celková spokojnosť
Pros:

S pobytom som celkovo spokojná na pár detailov. V prvom rade hotel má výbornú polohu. Je blízko námestia a aj blízko hokejovej arény. Dobrý matrac. Parkovanie. Špeciálne chcem vyzdvihnúť milí personál.

Cons:

Keďže personál či na recepcii alebo pri raňajkách bol veľmi milí, rýchlo som zabudla na nie úplne čistú izbu a to, že sa nedali dobre otvoriť okná v podkroví.

Pros:

Blízko centra, velice příjemná paní recepční, parkování v garáži, příjemná cena.

Cons:

Velké teplo v pokoji (bez klimatizace), takže jsme museli větrat do velice hlučné ulice se stále projíždějícími auty😕. Na podlaze v koupelně mnoho dlouhých černých vlasů.

Pros:

The room is very big,we had an apartment for 2 adults and one 12 years old boy. The beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

We wanted to have breakfast (not included in room rate) at 9 o'clock and the lady from the reception told us that they closed because they didn't have clients. I didn't understand this in a 3 stars hotel in the center of the city

Great place to stay!
Pros:

This place was great! It was about a 5 minute walk to the old town area, restaurants and shopping. It was close to a mall as well. The room and bathroom were a good size. It had a good A/C unit which was important considering it about 100 degrees out. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was standard, but they had really good scrambled eggs!

Cons:

No real complaints, could have had more knowledge of how to use public transportation. I was able to figure it out, but they weren't sure how to get a ticket or where to get a ticket except with their phone.

Хороший номер. Чисты и просторный. На семью из трех человек номер на две комнаты. Кондиционер в обеих комнатах. Тихо и спокойно. Персонал очень приветливый.

Personál. Veľmi milé ochotné recepčné. Poradili zastávku mhd, aj poskytli vázu na kvety.
Možnosť parkovať aj pár hodín po check out. Pohodlné a čisté postele. Poloha hotela výborná, všetko v centre dostupné. Vybavenie izby dobré.

Cons:

Za mňa čistota nebola dostatočná na hotel. Sprcha pretekala, veci boli upatlané. Za každým, keď som vošla do izby, cítila som zatuchlinu. Príšerné teplo. Bol tam ale aspoň ventilátor.

Hotel was close to trams 2 and 6. Easy walk to town. Staff were friendly Reception was cool. Rooms were hot. Asked for a fan but non available. Stayed 4 nights and room was never cleaned.

Cons:

No fan. Hot room. Even with window open
