Отличный семейный отель
Pros:

Местоположением - от номера до пляжа 3 минуты, также и до базара.
Отличная территория за которой ухаживают, много развлечений как до взрослых так и детей. Жили. В зоне 1, где более свежий ремонт - все ок. Ребенок постоянно был занят

Cons:

Мало пунктов выдачи и сдачи полотенец, лежаков на пляже больше чем везде, но все равно не хватает

Очень хороший отель доя семейного отдыжа в самом центре бухты.
Pros:

Очень хорошее место для семейного отдыха с детьми любого возраста в центре бухты рядом с торговой улицей. Место для купания на пляже- прямо у отеля, много разных бассейнов, зоопарк-рай для детей.
Очень дружелюбный персоонал. Говорят на английском и китайском, всегла готовы прийти на помощь. Ребенку задарили подарочки (пазл и сумку), бесплатный и обновляемый каждый день минибар))))

Cons:

Наверное, в следующий раз я бы взяла номер повыше и с видом на море (в этот осознанно забронировала низкий этаж, было темновато в номере). Сломался замок в один день, не смогли зайти в номер, но менеджер этажа раньше нас обнаружила проблему, сделала все от нее зависящее, чтобы как можно быстрее решить. Были в поездку в 4х отелях примерно одинакового сегмента в разных бухтах, по кухне это немного уступает.
В целом-смело рекомендую!

Отношение в отеле великолепное ко всем отдыхающим ! Все очень удобно , доступно , у всех переводчики .русскоговорящая сотрудница Цзэн Пин всегда помогала , потеряли чемодан , помогла найти . Всегда вызывала такси , все рассказывала . Очень добрая отзывчивая . Но весь персонал такой , приедем еще раз обязательно

Super hotel for a family vacation!
Pros:

Very family-oriented hotel with excellent facilities. Super swimming pools with slides and attentive lifeguards. Beach access and water sports available. Excellent location near to restaurants and shops. Hotel even arranged a birthday cake for our son and delivered it to our room. Would recommend, especially if you have children.

Cons:

Would be nice to have more loungers available by the pool and the beach - these fill up rapidly on a morning.
Would also be nice to have more signs available in English in the restaurants - a lot of these were only available in Chinese and Russian.

A Wonderful Family Hotel – We Loved Every Moment!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Horizon Hotel in Sanya! Our six-year-old son loved every moment, and so did we! The hotel is a true paradise for families, with so many fun activities for children. A particular highlight was the opportunity to interact with and pet the animals, including bunnies, snakes, rats and birds. The foam party was another fantastic experience and so much fun!

The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere was warm and family-oriented. There was always something exciting for our son to discover, making our holiday truly memorable.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would absolutely choose the Horizon Hotel again whenever we return to beautiful Sanya. Highly recommended for families with children! Overall great value for money.

Cons:

There was really nothing major to complain about! One small suggestion for improvement would be to expand the designated swimming areas in the ocean. We fully appreciate the importance of safety, especially with the tidal currents, and think it is excellent that clear warning signs are in place.

However, the designated swimming areas are rather small and can become quite crowded when many guests want to enjoy the sea. With such a beautiful, spacious beach, wonderfully soft golden sand and fabulous water temperatures of around 27°C, it would be lovely to have a larger area where guests could safely swim further out into the ocean.

We understand that swimming abilities and preferences vary among guests, but for many European visitors (visiting from Switzerland) , swimming in the ocean is an essential and much-loved part of a beach holiday.

Perhaps the hotel could consider expanding the supervised swimming zones where sea conditions safely allow. This would make an already wonderful beach experience even better!

Шикарная территория, близость к морю , оборудованный чистый пляж. Множество развлечений для детей. Особенно поразили прогулки оленей по территории отеля.

Cons:

Плохое качество Wi-Fi, но esim все покрывает. Не хватало разнообразия на ужинах барбекю.

Побережье Китая - любовь с первого взгляда
Pros:

Это лучшее место, которое мы когда-либо посещали для отдыха на море. Удобный трансфер, работник помогает в чате решать любые проблемы. Бесплатный мини-бар и ежедневная уборка номера. Красивый вид на побережье из номера. Очень зеленая и чистая территория. Продуманные маршруты с туалетами, зонтиками, едой и полотенцами. Много разнообразных бассейнов и выход на пляж прямо с территории отеля - очень удобно и безопасно. Если вы едете с детьми это отель 10\10, но и взрослым, которые ценят комфорт и спокойствие, понравится отсутствие шума на территории после 22:00. В отеле много ресторанов на любой вкус: традиционная китайская, европейская кухни. Персонал с переводчиками или знает русский\английский и очень заинтересован в качестве вашего отдыха, так, что чувствуешь себя в комфорте и безопасности. На пляже чисто и оборудованы зоны с шезлонгами под живыми деревьями, создающими тень и мест хватает всем. В течение дня проходят бесплатные семейные мероприятия такие как заплетания косичек, выступление дрессировщиков, клоунов, огненные шоу, акробаты и т.д Скучать не приходится.

Cons:

Рекомендую отелю поставить сушильные машины в номерах либо в общей зоне, т.к. из-за влажного климата бывает тяжело высушить одежду, во время дождей(если солнце, то проблем нет). Слишком дотошные полицейские на пляже, выгоняют из моря даже если волн нет. Большая проблема, что море - территория для аква транспорта, на которой выделены маленькие зоны для купания, а не наоборот, как принято в остальном мире, где водный транспорт убирают от людей подальше. Но и эти трудности никак вам не помещают насладиться отдыхом в Отеле.
