it was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

I liked how the room was designed to store stuff.

Cons:

The shower pressure was excellent but the shower door was not sealed on the bottom, the wasted shower water bled through outside of the shower booth. bad design I guess.... it can flood the floor easily if you do not have a bath rug set right next to it. I even had to move the shower head away from the door... but this didn't help much...

We really enjoyed our stay. We would love to return and stay on the same floor.
Pros:

WE liked the hotel it was more than we expected. We loved the floor we were on that had access to the club level restaurant. The food was really good. we loved the room with the floor to ceiling windows. The concierge was very attentive in making sure that we had everything we needed for the weekend.

Cons:

That the check in was on the third floor. No bell person was around so we had to take our luggage up to the lobby. It was a little confusing. We had to take our luggage to the room after check in.

Overall, very nice hotel wonderful staff. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. I definitely stay here
Pros:

The rooms were very nice. The linens were nice. The housekeeping staff were awesome. All the staff downstairs were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It’s pretty conveniently located and we essentially walked everywhere. It was a little strange that you have to take one elevator to the third floor and then a different elevator to your room floor or the street level, depending upon which way you’re going. But that was really just a very minor thing.

Cons:

That front door, the revolving door, is a little weird. Usually staff is there holding the door open for for you.
