Convenient place to stay with good service.
Pros:

Convenient check in. No issues about coming in late. Room was clean and comfortable. Tea tray was good. Staff were excellent especially breakfast staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

Noisy guests at night. But that not hotel’s fault. People should be more considerate when returning to room late.

A lovely stay felt welcomed by staff, had parking facilities, a lovely breakfast also.
Pros:

Booked for my brothers wedding on 1/8/26, for 3 nights as I live in York, property lovely and handy for this. Staff were so attentive and friendly, always asking us if we needed anything like clean towels or water.

Cons:

Maybe a little fridge, stayed in room 1 a family room, with the weather being hot we could have put bottles of water to cool. Maybe bigger bath towels, didn’t wrap around me or my friend. Also difficult to fill up the kettle from the bathroom tap, I used a water bottle to fill it.
