Wonderful stay, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Already recommended to family and friends. Will definitely consider
Pros:

Everything from the location, size of the one bedroom apartment, amenities (gym, pool, spa), daily room cleaning; water bottle and above of all the staff. Excellent customer service special service from Raquel from day one till the end she was fantastic with us.

Cons:

When ordering the food from the Italian restaurant (only onsite restaurant) I had to go and grab it. They should have provided someone to deliver it by the pool instead.

Adoramos os pormenores e atenção com a nossa bebé, tínhamos mesmo tudo o que precisávamos. A piscina interior é incrível, o pequeno-almoço é bom, e o atendimento é de grande profissionalismo, sentimos-nos verdadeiramente, bem recebidos. E a estrela da estadia: a acomodação, extremamente limpa, com bom gosto, áreas generosas e todos os equipamentos necessários. Fomos sempre acompanhados pela Beatriz Maximo,que merece um agradecimento especial, mas todos os Colegas foram exemplares. A minha família foi muito feliz nestes dias, obrigada!

Cons:

Gostámos do pequeno almoco, mas considero que poderia ser mais variado. Não me interpretem mal, existe escolha, e o que existe é de grande qualidade. Mas acho que para um hotel desta qualidade, o pequeno-almoço pretendia-se ao mesmo nível, excelente.
