A lovely warm and friendly hotel.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They were very warm, welcoming and attentive during our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Hotel car park was difficult to get into. However, there is a car park across the road, which was handy. It does charge but we were happy with it.

Good size rooms with amenities

Cons:

Hotel car park fits for small or mid soze car but not for wide body car/suv looe range rover.
But reception (Ian) was very helpful to help park in alternate parking space (2 min walk)
Having said that hotel communicated before tht car park entry is very tight.

Pros:

Twin room with two beds in each room I stayed with my husband and 9 years old son was exceptionally good in terms of location space , practically , spacious bathroom all in god working condition , cleanliness , sound proof , comfortable bedding , little fridge with tea coffee making facility inside the room . free parking inside the hotel next to the building , breakfast included and was worth each penny . Co-op is just across the road . I would love to stay there again when I visit Wales next time .

I have not given a review score as I did not stay in the hotel, when I was planning our trip to wales, I booked this hotel as it stated it was only 12 miles from Bangor, this suited us perfectly as we were travelling home from Holyhead the next day.it was only when we were travelling to bangor that we noticed the hotel was 4.5hrs away from Bangor, both the hotel and booking.com was very misleading with the location as it states that the hotel was only 12 miles from bangor.. tried to cancel but was too late, contacted the hotel but they could/would not help... had to book another hotel... unfortunately got NO offer of partial or full refund.
