Schöne Lage, aber noch Potential nach oben.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bei diversen Anliegen wurde sich schnell gekümmert.

Cons:

In 5 Tagen hatten wir zwei Reisegruppen, wodurch es sehr laut im Restaurant und Frühstücksraum wurde. Die zweite Gruppe bestand aus ca 80 Kindern. Dadurch kam man sich wie in einer Schulspeisung vor. Es gab eine regelrechte lange Schlange am Salatbuffet, mit Wartezeit von 20 Minuten….

Die Massage Anwendung war sehr gut
Der Aussenpool ist gut

Die Allgemein Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal
Unsere Zimmer war ungemütlich,die Speise Räume war nicht einladend,und keiner kühlung beim Frühstücksbuffet....Innen Pool kostet extra,die öffnungszeiten sind nicht gut.

Très bel endroit
Pros:

Magnifique séjour, le personnel très serviable.
La chambre exceptionnelle dans l annexe.
Déjeuner correct il manquait des œufs brouiller et du lard que nous adorons au Déjeuner.

Relax assicurato
Pros:

Camera superior con letto comodo e bagno moderno, non molto grande.
La spa molto curata, moderna, grande piscina riscaldata con idromassaggi e diverse aree relax (e a pagamento se si prenota su booking).
Abbiamo utilizzato le e-bike per fare un giro ai laghi di Caldonazzo e Levico ed erano perfette (a pagamento).
Colazione buona, ricco buffet sia dolce che salato. Cena con menu fisso con ottimi piatti.
Accoglienza discreta.
La posizione non è così comoda per farsi una passeggiata in "centro" essendo un pò lontana dalla zona più turistica. Però sicuramente è silenziosa e abbiamo dormito benissimo.

A fabulous hotel with everything you could possibly need.
Pros:

The whole property is a credit to the owners . The rooms are very comfortable with views and ample parking. We opted for half board - breakfast and dinner were excellent, we stayed 3 nights. The swimming pool, sauna and spa was fantastic after being in the car all day, the massage was also very good. The staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful. It is a great base for looking around the area. We will definitely come back.
