Olor a desagüe. Las ventanas daban a un patio interior pequeño y lleno de aparatos de aire acondicionado con mucho ruido y calor. Menos mal que no desayunamos porque el desayuno se veía bastante pobre y caro

Pros:

El aire acondicionado fue perfecto, hacía muchísima calor en la calle y 70 de humedad,… llegar al hotel era una bendición… la temperatura perfecta, ni frío ni calor.
Las chicas de recepción un encanto todas!!!! Amables, colaborativas, eficaces,…

Cons:

La puerta de la habitación, había un pestillo ridículo, no se podía cerrar por dentro con llave.

Cons:

The room we got had nothing to do with the one on the picture. Receptionists are really nice, as well as the lobby area but the rooms was far too basic. On the pictures it appears to be much nicer.

The location and the personal are great, but I don’t think I will stay in this hotel next time.

The personal are great. They were giving advice, very welcoming.

Cons:

The street is really loud, I had a lot of unsleeping nights. Closed windows didn’t help at all. I think the room should have hairdryer and the fridge, it’s make my staying less comfortable. Happily I was able to borrow the hairdryer on reception, but it should be must have

Il soggiorno in generale è stato più che piacevole. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

L’hotel gode di un’ottima posizione: è sufficiente svoltare l’angolo per trovarsi direttamente sull’Explanada de España. La camera era dotata di aria condizionata e di un bagno con doccia moderna e ben tenuta. Nel complesso, disponeva di tutti i servizi essenziali, risultando pienamente adeguata alle nostre esigenze.

Cons:

L’unico dettaglio che mi sento di criticare è la pulizia dei pavimenti. Al nostro rientro in camera, dopo una giornata al mare, era inevitabile introdurre un po’ di sabbia (nel nostro caso nella zona del bagno), che durante tutti i 4 giorni di permanenza non è mai stata pulita.
