Please note that the reception is closed after 22:00 from Monday to Saturday, and after 17:00 on Sundays and public holidays. Please contact the hotel in advance, should you arrive after this times. You can then get the key for the hotel room from the key box on the left side of the main entrance. You will receive the code for the key box with the confirmation of your reservation.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
A deposit may be required at the property.

A wonderful alternative to Luzern with a flat 8 minute walk from the train station.
Pros:

This was my third stay, each time bringing friends, at this lovely hotel which should speak for itself. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the individually decorated rooms are so much fun, the quiet rooms are clean with comfortable bedding and bath situation. Breakfast offerings are exceptionally good. The hotel has a restaurant, an attached bakery and a Volg grocery across the street. The lakeside town of Stans is fun to poke around; this time we did the Felsenweg atop the nearby Burgenstock.

Cons:

Nichts. Alles war wunderbar!
