Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass verschiedene Sprachen gesprochen wurden, da unsere Deutschkenntnisse mehr als begrenzt sind. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, was wir als sehr unpraktisch empfanden. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Pros:

Station vlak bij en restaurant was mooi.

Cons:

De douche ik voelde me net een sardientje in een blik. De douchekop viel er daardoor vaak uit. Een douche in een driehoek van volgens mij maar 90 x 90 of nog kleiner. Personeel had ik wat vriendelijker verwacht, teminste niet wat ik gewend ben. Moest zelf om een gekookt ei vragen want werd aan ons gevraagd of we dat wilden terwijl een dag ervoor het wel gevraagd aan mede Zwitserse mensen.

Gemütlich. Zentral. Genussvoll.
Pros:

Sehr liebevoll und bezaubernd eingerichtetes Hotel und Restaurant. Tolle Zimmer in bester Lage. Auch das Parken war problemlos möglich. Außerdem ein kleines, aber sehr feines Frühstück, bei dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Und abends auch sehr gut gegessen. Trotz der guten Lage nachts sehr ruhig. Die Betten super bequem. Alles in allem für unseren kurzen Zwischenstopp perfekt. Auch die Bäckerei bietet tolle Produkte an.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörige Zimmer, was aber vermutlich dem Gebäude geschuldet ist.

Wat een geweldig hotel!
Pros:

De mooie themakamer, de hele mooie inrichting van het hele hotel, het hele vriendelijke en goedlachse personeel en het heerlijke avondeten en ontbijt

Cons:

Één klein minpuntje, maar dat is puur op persoonlijke voorkeur, was het hele zachte kussen op bed

Mooi hotel om te genieten van Luzern, bergen en het meer
Pros:

Sfeervol ingericht hotel, vlak bij het meer. Heerlijk ontbijt en het restaurant was ook erg goed.
Personeel heel vriendelijk.
Ook een fijne tussenstop richting Italië, zeer dichtbij de snelweg.

Eigenlijk alles. Met als bonus dat je een broodje bij de bakker ernaast kunt halen.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen uitzicht op het meer is, alhoewel dat met 1 minuut lopen alweer opgelost is.
