You can then get the key for the hotel room from the key box on the left side of the main entrance. You will receive the code for the key box with the confirmation of your reservation.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.

I really enjoyed the hotel overall. Everything was very clean, and I especially liked the unique design of the rooms and all the small details that made the stay feel special. The complimentary water, fruit and welcome cookies were a very nice touch and made us feel welcome.
The main area that could be improved is the service in the restaurant, particularly during breakfast. The waiters often seemed to be in a rush and rarely made eye contact or took the time to properly acknowledge you when taking an order. At times, it felt as though they were trying to finish the interaction as quickly as possible. The restaurant service could be warmer and more attentive, which would make a big difference to the overall experience.
prettige stop met een degelijk restaurant en prima ontbijt (de zaak is verbonden aan een goede bakkerij, zo blijkt ook uit de namen van de kamers). Ideaal om 's ochtends vroeg door de gotthard te kunnen reizen. Alles netjes en in orde. Fijn balkon. parking naast het pand. Water en fruit aangeboden.
kamer en badkamer zijn voor de prijs een beetje nipt qua up to date zijn. Maar goed, dit is Zwitserland...

Von der originellen, verspielten Ausstattung über die reiche Früchteschale und die freundliche Bedienung bis zum opulenten Frühstück, das durch ein Gratis-Angebot nach Wahl in der nebenan liegenden Bäckerei gekrönt wurde. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Vierwaldstättersees.
Ein bisschen Strassenlärm am Morgen, den wir aber mit geschlossenem Fenster ausgesperrt haben.

Purtroppo il paese non ha un accesso libero al lago.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das Zimmer war zur Straße und etwas laut, aber sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage für Ausflüge perfekt.

Das Zimmer, das nette Personal und natürlich das zmorgen Buffet. Auch die Menüs waren super.
Nichts zu meckern.
Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Ook nadat we gebeld hadden dat we omwille van het drukke verkeer later zouden aankomen werden we nog steeds vriendelijk ontvangen en werd ons nog iets te eten aangeboden.
Verder mooie en verzorgde kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt.
