Pros:

Everything was lovely. The room was great, the bed was divine and the staff were superb! Nothing was too much trouble. Ubud is a great base for day trips to the volcano and rice terraces. The breakfast was great and both restaurants served yummy food. Lots of veggie options in the Tall Trees restaurant. Highly recommend 👌

We had a lovely time
Pros:

The location and the infinity pool are fabulous. The spa is excellent and the Balinese massage was outstanding. The staff over all just bend over backwards for you and ensure your comfort.

Excellent hotel, amazing facilities, and close enough to Ubud for dinner
Pros:

What a hotel. Totally fabulous, in the jungle, and not a single monkey (phew). Excellent and super friendly staff. 50metre infinity pool with a bar in the pool. The location is brilliant, 30mins outside of Ubud which is great for dinner and shopping, excellent. Grab worked here and easy into Ubud. We did the Palace Traditional Dance show, definitely worth it for the culture. The hotel has run club, which takes you into the rice fields, an indoor gym, yoga sessions, active gym sessions which we did. Super lunches by the pool and great coffee in the top area by reception. Everywhere looks onto the pool and the forest and it's stunning. Breakfast is the best buffet, such a wide variety, so totally fabulous. Room was brilliant, huge bed, great AC, fabulous bathroom. Nice outdoor area to sit as well. Excellent all round.

Having to leave and go home.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

A good and comfortable hotel for a short stay in Ubud, but not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet to truly rel
Pros:

The hotel is functional and well maintained, with a very friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was especially kind and helpful, from the restaurant team to the pool service, which was excellent. The pool area was definitely one of the highlights, with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also very good.

Cons:

The main downside is that it is not a quiet place to rest. The room doors are very noisy and every time someone closes a door, it makes a loud bang that can wake you up. The hallway noise makes it difficult to sleep properly, which is a significant issue that the hotel should address.

The Kids Club is also very limited and mainly oriented towards very young children, with only one staff member and rather basic activities.

In addition, the dining options are somewhat limited, with only one or two restaurants. However, the breakfast service stands out positively, with very attentive staff and a good variety of options.
