Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und wenn man die Fenster kippt dann glaubt man in der Küche zu stehen. Dafür ist der Preis von 180 Euro/Nacht zu Hoch.

Mega schön. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wer in diesem Haus was zu meckern hat, sollte zu Hause bleiben.
Pros:

Alles. Wir waren unterwegs nach Italien und unser Auto hat den Geist aufgegeben. Super Start in den Urlaub. Aber wir haben ganz liebe Leute kennen gelernt. Der Empfang war top. Das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer mega schön. Das Personal hatte Freude an der Arbeit und ist ein ganz tolles Team. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr dann mit Absicht da hin. Und das Abendessen war sensationell.

Nichts. Ein Rund um sorglos Packet.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können dieses Haus von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

* **Herzlicher Empfang:** Schon beim Check-in wurden wir überaus nett und kompetent an der Rezeption begrüßt. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

* **Traumhaftes Zimmer** Unser Zimmer war groß, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut komfortabel.
Besonders praktisch war der reichliche Stauraum – hier wurde wirklich mitgemacht
Auch das Badezimmer hat voll überzeugt: groß und blitzsauber. !

* **Kulinarik & Service** Das Restaurant ist ein echtes Highlight. Das Essen war durchweg ausgezeichnet und eine absolute Empfehlung. Dazu kommt ein extrem freundliches Servicepersonal, das jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest, sowie eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Terrasse zum Entspannen.

**Fazit** Hier stimmt einfach alles – Service, Komfort und Genuss auf höchstem Niveau. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Pros:

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir ein upgrade auf ein Balkonzimmer - sehr erfreulich. Das Restaurant und der Frühstücksbereich sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend. Hervorheben möchte ich die große, gute Teeauswahl. Mein Favorit war der Porridge mit Kokosmilch und frischen Früchten.

Wir hatten beruflich in der Innenstadt von Radstadt zu tun. Hierfür war die zentrale Lage ideal.

Cons:

Die Eierspeisen waren leider ein bisschen ausgetrocknet. Vielleicht gab´s auch zu wenige Abnehmer und die Speisen lagen etwas zu lange unter der Wärmelampe.
Sonst ist uns nichts aufgefallen. Wellnessbereich können wir nicht beurteilen. Wir konnten ihn nicht nutzen, da wir zu wenig Zeit zur Verfügung hatten.
