Please note that the hotel can only be reached by cable car, which only operates between 09:00 and 16:00. Limited parking is available next to the valley station (reservations required).

Wow. Stunning views. Great hotel and spa.
Pros:

Visited in summer when more or less empty. Great on site food and drinks. Nice spa area which we had to ourselves.
Views from the property are stunning!

Bármikor visszamennék és mindenképpen ajánlom!
Pros:

A szállás közvetelnül a Zell am see-ből induló Schmittenhöhebahn hegyi állomásánál van. Parkolót érdemes foglalni, mert sok parkoló van, de ha nem időben érkezel nehéz helyet találni, illetve hegynek fel kell sétálni a lifthez. Ami a szállás javasolt 15 euroért fedett szinte a lift mellett, vagy kicsit arrébb fedetlen fűves részen 10 euroért.
Félpanziónál reggeli svédasztalos volt, változatos. Vacsora nekünk menüválasztásos volt. 2 féle leves, 3 fő étel: 1 húsos, 1 halas és 1 vega. Személyzet segítőkész és kedves. Minden nap volt takarítás, ágyat bevetették.
Summer carddal a liftek használata bármennyiszer ingyenes.
Környékben sok túraútvonal van. Gyerekekkel is teljesíthető tanösvény, feladatokat rejtő matricázható kis füzettel, melyet a felvonónál lehet kérni. Felnőttek is megtalálják a kihívást.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen. Ja, de, nem volt fogas az igen tágas fürdőben. Persze ez simán megoldható.
Wc és fürdő egyben volt.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein traumhafte Lage mit tollem Blick, sehr gutes Essen und sehr netten Personal.

Cons:

Die sogenannte Couch (Klappbett) im Zimmer war zum Ausruhen nicht nutzbar und die Einstellungen des TV völlig durcheinander.

Der ideale Übernachtungsort für Bergfreunde.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vielseitig und es gab frisches Obst, Eierspeisen nach Wunsch. Auch das Halbpensionsmenü war schmackhaft und gut. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam und reagierte sehr nett auf Sonderwünsche. Der Wellnessbereich war angenehm und die Atmosphäre entspannend. Besonders haben wir die Panorama-Aussicht auf die Bergwelt und den See genossen. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders schön sind die mit Talblick. Die Lage des Berghotels ist einmalig schön. Dieses Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Auswahl und Lautstärke der Musik im Hotel-Restaurant war unpassend für ein entspanntes Abendessen. Da wünscht man sich eine ruhige Begleitmusik und keine laute Pop-Musik. Es war sehr nett, dass sofort darauf reagiert wurde, als wir die Musiklautstärke bemängelten. Sonst gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Wish I could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Wow! It was even better than expected. Staff were very friendly and communicative both before and on-site. Everything was well arranged. Room was both beautiful and comfortable with an incredible view. Dinner and breakfast were both super. Despite what earlier reviews say, the opening times of the wellness area is 16:00-22:00 hrs. Long story short, I was over the moon about my stay here.

Cons:

The fitness area isn't much. It's basically a tiny cardio zone but in that case just go outside for a hike (in summer).

Idyllically (almost divinely) situated hotel with large rooms, good restaurant, and friendly staff!
Pros:

Brilliant experience, on the mountain, with fantastic views, and in the morning, shoes on, clip in and just ski... blissful!
Friendly and helpful staff (including the communication beforehand). Parking lot (to reserve!) just in front of the gondola station to the hotel. Large rooms (very large and beautiful bathroom).
In the evening, a nice bar for an aperitif (again with a magnificent view) or a digestif after dinner. Contrary to what I read in some reviews, dinner is good to very good, given the altitude/accessibility (for ingredients, staff, etc.). Period.
Good breakfast. What I found impressive is how clean the restaurant and the bar are, knowing that the bar and the restaurant are used as a ski restaurant and ski bar during the day... 8,5!

Cons:

4 things: the room was too warm at night (maybe I could adjust that, I don't know), the bed is to soft (for me), the space to store ski equipment (easily accessible next to the slope, though) is far too small, and breakfast opens too late (at 8 am while the slopes are open from 8:30 am).

Pros:

Goed bed en goed ontbijt.
Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer (maar je moet daarmee wel wat geluk hebben).

Cons:

Vanaf 16.30 uur zit je vast op de berg, klinkt leuk maar je moet dus echt op tijd terug zijn in het hotel (laatste lift 16.30 uur). Dat is beperkend indien je naar ander gebied gaat. Weinig entertainment ‘s avonds.

Geen bad in kamer of hottub in wellness.

Perfect!
Pros:

We were at the hotel at the end of the ski season in March. I would like to praise the chef - absolutely excellent dinner and breakfast. I would also like to praise the service in the restaurant - thank you Ivano. The accommodation was clean, well equipped, with a beautiful view. We definitely recommend it to everyone!
